Then my coach asked me, "How many tomato bells do you think you can usually play?" "Well, 4-8", and then I found that I only read 50- 100 pages a day at most, while the average book I want to read is 300 pages. 10 day is basically impossible to execute. Fortunately, I found it in time, otherwise even if I wanted to punch in at first, I would never be able to do it, because the set standards exceeded my own implementation at this stage, and I found my inner goal, full of energy, but failed to punch in, which was quite frustrating, so I must refine my action goal before punching in.

Many times, we are finished by the coach at the beginning, or the energy is too high when we first punch, and the internal goal vision is very clear. I even made a plan that I can do every day. But it is inevitable that sometimes I don't want to punch in.
