How do foreigners feel when they mispronounce the stress of English words when communicating with foreigners?

If the pronunciation is correct, but the accent is wrong, foreigners can understand it most of the time, but they will think that you have an accent and can clearly distinguish that English is not your mother tongue.

Some words, such as homophones/homophones, are short sentences you say. A weak accent can't connect with the context, which sometimes leads to understanding or misunderstanding. In many cases, they will ask you to say it again.
