What does word document mean?

Word is a word processing application of Microsoft, which can be used to process text content and edit layout.

How to use Word documents:

1. First click the right mouse button on the computer, and click "New" and "Microsoft Word Document" in the pop-up options.

2. Then double-click the newly created Word document to open the document editing page.

3. You can enter the text content in the page as required, and select the text content to set the font or paragraph.

You can choose different font setting options and paragraph setting styles in the toolbar at the top of the page.

5. You can also click the Insert option to insert and make tables, pictures, shapes and charts.

6. If you need to change the layout style of Word, you can click the "View" option and select different page settings.
