Chapter I General Principles
Article 1 This standard is formulated in accordance with the Standards for Physical Examination of Citizens for Recruitment.
Article 2 This standard is applicable to the recruitment of soldiers, ordinary middle school graduates and local graduate students in military and armed police colleges, the recruitment and selection of national defense students in ordinary colleges and universities, and the physical examination of graduates from ordinary military colleges and universities.
Chapter II Surgical Projects
Article 3 The male body length is above 162cm, and the female body length is above 160cm, which is qualified. Among them, the length of men in remote and ethnic minority areas can be relaxed to 160cm, and the length of women can be relaxed to 158cm.
Men's weight should not exceed 25% of the standard weight, not less than 15% of the standard weight, and women's weight should not exceed 15% of the standard weight, not less than 15% of the standard weight. The calculation formula of standard weight is:
Standard weight (kg) = body length (cm)- 1 10 (a person with a height 179 cm should weigh between 59 kg~86.25 kg).
Article 4 Brain malformation, brain surgery, traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic syndrome are unqualified.
Neck stiffness, torticollis, third degree goiter, lymph node tuberculosis, male severe breast development syndrome, female severe breast hyperplasia, unqualified.
Article 5 Congenital dysplasia of limbs, joints and spine causes deformity or dysfunction, injuries and sequelae of bones, joints, soft tissues and synovial bursa, habitual dislocation, chronic diseases of spine and tendon sheath diseases that affect limb function are unqualified.
Mild thoracic deformity (except submarine specialty); Simple fracture, no dysfunction and sequelae after one year of cure, qualified.
Article 6 The unequal length of both lower limbs exceeds 2cm, the distance between the medial condyle of femur and the medial malleolus of tibia exceeds 7cm, or the gait is abnormal although it does not exceed the specified range, which is unqualified.
Article 7 refers to flat feet, incomplete or deformed toes, complete disappearance of plantar arch, hallux valgus affecting function, serious chapped corns, calluses and feet affecting long-distance walking, which is unqualified.
Article 8 Malignant tumors or benign tumors with the possibility of malignant transformation, benign tumors, cysts, scars and scar constitutions in various parts of the face or function, are unqualified.
Article 9 Vasculitis, aneurysm, severe varicose veins of lower limbs and varicocele are unqualified. Among them, moderate varicose veins and varicocele of lower limbs are unqualified for command specialty.
Tenth vitiligo, scar, melanocytic nevus, pigmentation, hemangioma, etc. , which has a large area or affects military capabilities; Shorts with "words and patterns" tattooed on the exposed part of the body with a diameter greater than 2cm and other parts with a diameter greater than 3cm, or with obvious scars after surgical treatment, are not qualified.
Ethnic customs and habits in ethnic minority areas are tattooed, and the clothes are short, which does not obviously affect the military appearance, and it is qualified.
Article 11 Those with a history of thoracoabdominal surgery, hernia, rectocele, anal fistula, severe chronic anal fissure, circular hemorrhoid and mixed hemorrhoid with a diameter of more than 0.5 cm or more are unqualified. More than half a year after appendicitis operation, more than one year after inguinal hernia and femoral hernia operation, and no sequelae, qualified.
Twelfth malformations or hypoplasia, cryptorchidism, urinary and reproductive system inflammation, tuberculosis, stones and other injuries and their sequelae that affect the function of urinary and reproductive systems are unqualified.
The following conditions are qualified:
(1) Non-communicating hydrocele of spermatic cord without conscious symptoms is not bigger than that of healthy testis, and hydrocele of testis together with testis is not twice as big as that of healthy testis;
(2) No more than 2 spermatic cord and epididymal nodules, no tenderness and conscious symptoms, each diameter less than 0? 5cm
(3) Mild acute dermatitis, cystitis, redundant prepuce, phimosis prepuce not adhering to glans, and cryptorchidism descending to scrotum after operation;
(4) Communicating hydrocele, no recurrence or sequela occurred more than one year after operation.
Article 13 Those who have extensive tinea corporis, tinea capitis, severe bromhidrosis, tinea manus, tinea pedis, onychomycosis, scabies, psoriasis, lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, chronic eczema, urticaria, neurodermatitis and other infectious or incurable skin diseases, and have a close contact history with infectious leprosy patients, are not qualified. Among them, tinea cruris, tinea versicolor, acne vulgaris, chilblain and localized neurodermatitis are less than 3cm in diameter, and mild bromhidrosis (except submarines and armor) is qualified.
Fourteenth gonorrhea, syphilis, chancre, sexually transmitted lymphogranuloma, nongonococcal urethritis, condyloma acuminatum, genital herpes, AIDS and their virus carriers are unqualified.
Chapter III Internal Medicine Projects
Article 15 If the systolic blood pressure is 90mmHg to 140mmHg( 12.00 kPa to 18.66 kPa), the diastolic blood pressure is less than 90mmHg( 12.00 kPa), and the heart rate is 50 beats per minute to 100, it is qualified.
Article 16 Chronic cardiovascular diseases such as organic heart disease, hypertension, vascular disease, non-physiological systolic murmur and arrhythmia are unqualified.
Seventeenth chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis, bronchial asthma, tuberculosis, bullae, spontaneous pneumothorax, tuberculous pleurisy and other chronic respiratory diseases are unqualified.
Eighteenth serious chronic gastrointestinal diseases, liver, gallbladder, spleen and pancreas diseases, visceral prolapse, abdominal mass, anemia, poor nutritional status, unqualified.
