There are many ways for leaders to suppress their subordinates, here are a few simple ones.

1. Verbal attack. There must be no good words to curse people. Why are you so stupid? You are like a pig. What is the reason for growing a head? Is it just for eating? Looking at you, Quasimodo is prettier than you.

2. Stand aside. Important positions and positions that are easy to produce results will never have your share. If you are left idle or doing odd jobs, you will definitely not be able to receive promotions or raises in the future.
