Which dialect sounds funniest?

There is a joke about a funny example of Liaoning dialect. I'm not sure, but it's roughly the same; Prisoners in three different dialects were asked to say "reform well and turn over a new leaf" when they were examined. As a result, the first two prisoners were very sincere, but after hearing what the Liaoning people said, they locked him up without saying anything.
