Why do some people feel that Zaozhuang, Shandong Province is poor?

I'm from Zaozhuang. Let me talk about my own views.

First of all, some people feel that Zaozhuang is poor, and this feeling is correct. Zaozhuang is a prefecture-level city with the lowest economic aggregate in Shandong Province.

Let's talk about the economy of Zaozhuang, which is known as the coal city. In fact, people who know the history of jujube mines know that the coal mines in Zaozhuang started mining before the founding of the People's Republic of China. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the coal mines in Zaozhuang were also a pillar industry, and Zaozhuang once made a good economic contribution in Shandong Province. The powerful place in Zaozhuang is coal mine, as well as teaching materials such as cement, bricks and tiles. But these are industries that consume resources and are also polluting enterprises. Now that the country pays attention to environmental protection, many former pillar industries will fail. Is there a better economic restructuring? Although we are engaged in tourism, the effect is relatively poor. Man-made tourist attractions are not as attractive as natural scenic spots. Therefore, economic construction can't work, so it must be really poor.

besides the planning of Zaozhuang, I have seen it in other places. Except for the county seat, the urban areas of other cities feel very big, which is bigger than those of several Zaozhuang cities. Why? Because the district-level urban areas of other cities are all concentrated together, for example, Linyi is Hedong District, lanshan district is connected together, and Daiyue District of Taishan District in Tai 'an is connected together, so the urban development is relatively concentrated and the commercial street construction is better. But Zaozhuang, Shizhong District, Yicheng District, Taierzhuang, Xuecheng District and shanting are far apart, and they are not connected at all. So people feel poor, too. There is no good place to go shopping.

As a native of Zaozhuang, I want to express my opinion. Zaozhuang is a city with a long history. The reason why the license plate ranks fourth is because it was rich before and made contributions to the country by coal. When coal is exhausted as a non-renewable resource, there will be no pillar industry. The current prefecture-level city economy ranks second from the bottom in Shandong. In fact, I feel that it is also possible to be the last. At present, Zaozhuang still has no industrial support, and there is no large-scale cash crop in agriculture. The former downtown area belongs to the center of Zaozhuang, and now it is also the old district. The narrow roads and many old houses have not been rebuilt, so it looks shabby as a whole. If you want to develop the economy, you must develop industry. If you don't attract investment, the brain drain will go out to work. Because the cameras on poor roads are contracted to the installer for several years. The first impression that the foreign country came to Zaozhuang to violate the rules everywhere felt that this place was not well developed. As a fourth-tier city, housing prices have reached the standards of second-tier cities, which has created a situation in which talents can't settle in other cities. For various reasons, Zaozhuang has a long way to go in the future economic development. I hope leaders can pay attention to this revolutionary old city that once contributed to the country.

But people in Zaozhuang are simple and enthusiastic. Although the thought is still very conservative, the dress is not in line with the trend.

Zaozhuang people, now working in Linyi, talk about my personal opinion: the two cities are adjacent, except for the reasons of area and population, there is little difference between the two cities, and the economy and image are far apart now, the main reason is the positioning problem!

Zaozhuang has a well-known battle between flying tigers and Taierzhuang, and Linyi is a well-known old revolutionary base area, which is not much different. Over the years, Zaozhuang has not made any major moves in the development of the old areas in recent years, and it will not be well-known if it does not take the lead. Foreigners know an ancient city, Taierzhuang, and an economically important county, Tengzhou, but they don't necessarily know their big brother Zaozhuang. I can't find the right propaganda positioning. It's embarrassing to be the younger brother's background board all the time! I really lost my torn cotton-padded jacket and haven't found a new cloak yet! Look at Linyi: Yimeng Old District! All counties and districts can't run out of this prefix. It looks old-fashioned, but it has its own natural to stay attribute. External publicity has always been a positive image of Qilu's land (of course, Linyi has gone with the wind in the past two years, and 315 has been on two issues).

In terms of economic development orientation, Zaozhuang has been lost for many years, and coal resources are exhausted. The tourism industry that has been built for many years has only come out of an ancient city, with Weishan Lake, ancient canal, mountain landforms and plain scenery. The natural tourism resources are still rich, but they have not been developed and utilized ... A Lanling agricultural ecological park has opened everyone's eyes. The original land can still be like this, and the original tourism industry can still do this! Although we old farmers are very disdainful: then farming is too fake! In the Central Plains, where there are many people and few land, so many people will starve to death! But the wallet that people see rising every day makes us jealous. According to their unique talents, all districts and counties in Linyi have accurate positioning and concentrated development, and they are riding the dust ... < P > Why do some people think that Zaozhuang is poor? Let's analyze it:

Zaozhuang, no matter how poor it is, is also a prefecture-level city in China's third largest economic province, and its per capita GDP ranks 11th among the 16 cities in the province, which is not too low.

So who will think that Zaozhuang is poor? After analysis, there are four kinds of people:

First, the per capita GDP far exceeds that of other Shandong brother cities of Zaozhuang, mainly including Dongying, Weihai, Qingdao, Jinan, Yantai and Zibo. Other cities in the same province are either similar to Zaozhuang's per capita GDP or lower than Zaozhuang's average level, so they are not qualified to laugh at Zaozhuang's poverty.

Fourth, the native of Zaozhuang who witnessed the brilliant coal economy in Zaozhuang, one of the four provincial cities in Shandong, has fallen to the top ten in per capita GDP and the total economic output has been counted down. This contrast is hard for outsiders to understand.

but is Zaozhuang really poor? Zaozhuang is the smallest prefecture-level city in Shandong Province, with the smallest population among the non-coastal cities in Shandong Province. Due to its small size and population, it is unfair to compare the total amount with other populations and large cities!

is Zaozhuang really poor? Anyway, I don't think: Zaozhuang's price is low and people are enthusiastic. Zaozhuang's income belongs to the middle reaches in Shandong Province, and it is not at the bottom. Zaozhuang enjoys convenient transportation, which is better than most cities in Shandong. Zaozhuang people have a high sense of happiness, and people are more open-minded, cheerful and optimistic.

Zaozhuang has indeed fallen behind in the economic downturn. Coal mines have been hollowed out, workers have lost their jobs, and there are no large factories and mines to drive them. Young and middle-aged people basically go out to work and start businesses, and their families are old people and children. In recent years, crops have been planted in Weibo, most of which are barren in mountainous areas and inconvenient in water resources. Tengzhou, with five districts and one municipality, is the most developed, like Xuzhuang Mountain Pavilion in Beizhuang, which is hilly and mountainous, not to mention developing economy.

it is worth mentioning that BRT has brought many conveniences to Xuecheng Mountain Pavilion in Taierzhuang. There are several tourist attractions: Yicheng Taierzhuang, the first village in the world, is really good. Baodugu in Beizhuang and Xiongershan Rift Valley are also a bright spot. The natural formation and unique natural environment have given Zaozhuang people a lot of prestige. The stone house in the mountain pavilion is a little expensive, really good, and has strong rural characteristics, so that children in the city can feel that the common people have survived from generation to generation in such an environment. There is also the second music road in Shandong Province, Jiulong Cave and Zhujia Mountain Villa. These three scenic spots are all located in Fengmao Town, attracting many foreign tourists to visit.

There are many famous specialties in Zaozhuang, among which spicy chicken, mutton soup, vegetable pancakes, all of which can't be done in other cities. One side of the soil and water supports the other side of the people, because of poverty and backwardness, we can not deny its advantages and values.

Speaking of roads, the county seat is better. There are still many dirt roads in our countryside, and the streets are covered with muddy water on rainy days. These, I hope, can be improved in the near future.

Zaozhuang people are warm, kind and simple. As Zaozhuang people, living in this city, regardless of poverty or wealth, they will be proud. I love this land, and I love it deeply!

Even if I look at the fourth-tier city in China, the traffic in Zaozhuang is not bad. Those who say it is bad don't know which city you compare it with. At present, the development of Zaozhuang is relatively scattered, lacking its own accurate positioning, which has a lot to do with the strategic vision of the leaders in charge! The previous mines were pushed to Xuzhou, and Xuzhou became stronger. The wholesale market is pushed to Linyi, and Linyi is rich! We just dig coal, and it's gone!

When I came to Zaozhuang for the first time, what attracted me most was the BRT, which is faster than Hangzhou BRT. I made it all the way from high-speed railway station in Xuecheng to downtown, and I felt that Zaozhuang bus company was so powerful! And I feel that Zaozhuang is really very big, with Xuecheng, downtown, new city and Tengzhou … all belonging to Zaozhuang! However, as a foreigner, there are not many places where I feel interesting. Anyway, every time I come back with my husband during the New Year, I will tell me that there is nothing to play, so I can play with my calf. The Taierzhuang I have never been to may really be one of the few scenic spots worth mentioning!

Two days ago, I went to Shanting, a place called Stone Tribe, which impressed me deeply. It is one of the worst scenic spots I have ever been to, not to mention the bathroom. It was really horrible!

And every time I accompany my husband back to my hometown, I will hear the most voice that it is too difficult to start a business in Zaozhuang, which is impossible (because I am a foreigner, maybe I don't have a one-sided view)
