How to evaluate Howard in The Big Bang Theory?

I think Howard in The Big Bang Theory is a typical' mother-in-law' that people often say now. When his mother was alive, she listened to everything. After her death, she transferred her trust property to his wife Bernadette.

When I first saw Howard, it was disgusting. I like to wear colorful clothes and tight pants to make people look gay. Even if he is not gay, he is a big sissy. After getting to know Howard better, I want to say that he is a sissy.

Although he is also an otaku with high IQ, he often has no opinion about things. Just like what clothes he buys and what he eats, his mother has to arrange for him.
