China Merchants Bank or Ping An Bank?

Welcome to China Merchants Bank for business. At present, China Merchants Bank debit cards are free for domestic bank/inter-bank, city/off-site remittance through mobile banking (including PAD banking) and online banking (including mass version and professional version). China citizens who live in China and are under the age of 16 and have not applied for the one-card card of China Merchants Bank shall be represented by their guardians to open an account, and present the valid ID card, resident ID card or household registration book of the account user, and provide proof of guardianship. China citizens who live in China and are over 16 years old (including 16 years old) and have not applied for a one-card account of China Merchants Bank can apply for a one-card account at any outlet of China Merchants Bank with their resident ID card of the People's Republic of China or temporary id card. (At present, Changsha Branch does not support opening an account with temporary id card).
