I come from this village. I am used to cooking sweet potatoes with rice soup from snacks. I'd better eat thick soup or noodle soup. Breakfast in the snack street is often a bowl of sauerkraut and watercress soup. The paste soup is cooked well, sticky and bright yellow. The seller of this breakfast is from Luonan: a man in his forties, with a flat face, a hijab and a simple and honest smile, makes people feel honest; The woman looks young and capable, and she is also smiling and tidy. The two of them cooperated tacitly, one scooped rice with a shovel, the other scooped sauerkraut with a spoon, and the people who ate lined up in a long line, but they all waited patiently for a bowl of comfortable rice and a bowl of delicious home-cooked rice.
I like to eat more rice, and sometimes I want to change my taste. For a while, I changed the variety of breakfast and often went to eat steamed dumplings and porridge in the northern stalls. Steamed dumplings are wrapped in leek bean curd, green and white, poured with vinegar, garlic and water, and smeared with Chili oil. Take a bite, and a fragrance permeates your mouth. Sometimes I get up late and get lazy, so I go to the snack bar in front of my house to eat pancakes. This small shop is small in appearance, but it is often full of diners. There are cold dishes, sheep blood, spicy, three fresh. I have a strong sense of taste. Often ask for a bowl of sheep blood buckwheat. Chili powder makes it reddish, sheep blood should be cut into filaments, which is ochre red, fried noodles are pale yellow, plus some vegetables, bean sprouts, chopped green onion and so on.
In Zhoucheng, many families are in trouble in the morning, and the family eats breakfast outside.
