"Selling Kidnappers" is a sketch written and directed by Yin Xingjun, starring Zhao Benshan, Fan Wei, and Gao Xiumin. It was broadcast on the "2001 CCTV Spring Festival Gala" on January 23, 2001. The skit tells the story of a big liar named "Zhao Benshan" who sold crutches to a stranger with healthy legs through superb "fudge" methods.
