Why are my memories embarrassing?

But when you think back, do you fantasize about what you would have done if you had had enough thinking time at that time? When you think about these embarrassing things again, you should think about how you would resolve them if they happened again. Over time, you will be able to deal with them with ease. Furthermore, think about it quietly, how many embarrassing things have you had to do since you were a child? Is this a small percentage compared to the time you have lived? Also, just because there are few embarrassing things, you will recall them now. If there were many, how could you have so much time to recall them? In ordinary life, only things with slight ups and downs will be remembered more clearly. For example, sad things, happy times, excited times, embarrassing times...

It’s not that all your memories are embarrassing, but there are other memories, which are meaningless~~
