When they got on the bus, they wanted to get a free ticket with a disability certificate, but the bus driver refused. Then the bus driver said that they saved money by burning paper, because these two disabled people have language barriers. After verification, it was found that two disabled people's cards were not within the prescribed scope of free tickets, so there was no problem for the driver to refuse free tickets. However, I think even if these two disabled people can't get free tickets, they shouldn't be laughed at, because disabled people are a vulnerable group in society, and they feel that their physical disabilities are a bit inferior, so society should pay more attention to these people and can't point out their shortcomings.
