However, due to the limitation of historical factors, "Errenzhuan" has never developed, and it can only be performed between rural areas as a kind of zaju, but it has never reached the stage of elegance. It was not until a Zhao Benshan appeared in the northeast that the ancient drama "Errenzhuan" became famous all over the country, showing an unprecedented prosperity. It can be said that Zhao Benshan has made outstanding contributions to the development of "Errenzhuan" in Northeast China. Over the years, I have watched many "Errenzhuan" programs, some in some entertainment places and some on TV. Needless to say, the former is not called "Errenzhuan" at all, but is called "Fighting the Big Tiger" in Northeast dialect. Who dares to say anything obscene, just to please the audience and make money. The latter is mainly composed of Zhao Benshan's disciples, and it is a green duet. Although there is nothing messy in it, after showing it to people, I feel that this "duet" is more and more like a clown juggling on the stage. The point is that no one sings a duet seriously on stage, not that you tell a joke. Is to turn a few somersaults to practice ventriloquism, or play saxophone or sing a pop song, and often talk nonsense when performing. Although the two-person actor is versatile, we can't give up the basics. How about trying to fool the audience? To tell jokes, which comedian is better than you; Speaking of somersaults, no acrobat is more beautiful than you; When it comes to rap pop songs, no singer can sing better than you. If a duet actor only relies on these efforts to live on the stage, it can only be said that he is at the end of the road, which means that he has nothing good in himself and can only fill himself by imitating other people's things, just as the ancients said, it is effective to learn. In the end, he learned the last skills of others and lost his true colors. Therefore, if Zhao Benshan's Errenzhuan continues to develop in this way, all his efforts will be in vain, and Errenzhuan will eventually end in failure. So I didn't mean to belittle Zhao Benshan's "Errenzhuan". Imagine a foreigner coming to Shenyang and seeing such a performance in his eyes will immediately feel cheated, because this does not represent the local characteristics of our Northeast. Any province or city can find performers like this. Why does he say that "Errenzhuan" belongs to your northeast? People come to see "Errenzhuan" to see authentic local operas, not to see you play tricks and make a fool of yourself. If we don't distinguish the good from the bad, blindly replace the vulgar with the vulgar, and confuse the two, it will inevitably lead to the decline of the "two-person turn". What's popular? Popularity means that people like it, understand it, and keep their true colors. Vulgarity is to please the audience with vulgar performances and cover up your boredom with applause. Since we all say that "Errenzhuan" is the representative of folk culture, but look at the "Errenzhuan" performed on the stage today, what folk culture does it reflect? You can't take somersaults and sing pop songs as folk culture to advocate China Everbright, can you? There are many reasons for the vulgarization of "Errenzhuan", but two main factors play a decisive role. One is the quality of the actors, and the other is the lack of the song book of "Errenzhuan"; The former can be solved by cultivating and strengthening the education of traditional culture and modern knowledge, while the latter needs unremitting efforts to achieve practical results. It has been several years since Zhao Benshan revitalized the "Errenzhuan". During this period, no new songbooks were created, and even old traditional songbooks were rarely excavated, so that the actors opened their mouths to sing "Happy Little New Year" as soon as they took the stage, which was so old-fashioned that there was nothing new. I'm afraid the actors themselves feel tired of singing, so I have to stop singing and say it's practice. Traditional things can only be truly developed on the basis of bringing forth the old and bringing forth the new, but innovation is neither renewal nor variation. We must give priority to tradition, supplemented by innovation, in order to promote the healthy development of folk culture. Therefore, I think the "duet" has formed today's situation.
