Puyi is a special historical figure. When he was pardoned in the War Criminals Administration and returned to Beijing, his household registration was only written in Beijing at first, but with the change of his job, his current home address registration has been changed several times.

Address 1: No.6, Qian Jing Hutong, Xicheng District. After Puyi was pardoned and returned to Beijing, it was impossible to live in the Forbidden City, so Puyi temporarily stayed at the home of his five sisters, Hua Xin.

Address 2: Beijing Botanical Garden. Puyi stayed in Beijing for some time. Under the arrangement of the Prime Minister, Puyi went to work in Beijing Botanical Garden. His address also moved from No.6 Qian Jing Hutong to Beijing Botanical Garden on August 1960.

Address 3: No.32, Zhao Deng Yu Road, Xicheng District. 1961March, under the arrangement of the Prime Minister, Puyi joined the CPPCC as the Commissioner of Literature and History, and the current address on the household registration was changed again, and she moved from Beijing Botanical Garden to No.32 Zhao Deng Yu Road, Xicheng District.

Address 4: No.22 East Kannonji, Xicheng District (written as No.2 Kannonji at the time of registration).

This happened in September of 196 1. In June, Puyi moved here with his new wife Li, and Puyi's current address was moved from No.32 Zhao Road, Xicheng District to No.22 East Street, Xicheng District. Puyi lived here for a long time, which is regarded as the wedding room of Puyi and his new wife Li.

Conclusion. As the last emperor in the history of China, Puyi had many legendary experiences in his life. From the emperor to the residents, from the common people to the puppet emperor of Manchukuo, the Japanese surrendered and became war criminals. After the founding of New China, the management of war criminals was reformed. After 1959 was pardoned, Puyi finally became an ordinary resident of New China.

With the change of identity, Puyi's address also went from the Forbidden City in Beijing to the secluded house in Tianjin, to the northeast, and then to Beijing after receiving Amnesty. With the change of work and living place, the current address on the household registration is also changing.

As the last emperor, Puyi was unfortunate because of national subjugation. Compared with other last emperors, Puyi was lucky, because he finally lived in New China, got ideological reform and became a normal citizen.
