The feeling of entering Tibet

I wanted to write about my uncle today, but I didn't know where to start for a long time. So let's write some feelings about working in Tibet today.

Today, I will start with Van Gogh.

When I was in the mainland, I still liked sports very much. I often run and run half a marathon. Before I went to Huanglong, Sichuan, I also had a high reaction, so I was still a little uneasy when I came. I thought it would be a high reaction. Start drinking rhodiola oral liquid at home half a month in advance. When I wanted to come over, all my friends here repeatedly told me to get off the plane and walk slowly, so don't worry. In the first few days, everyone told me to walk slowly, and then walk slowly.

So is drinking rhodiola effective?

Actually, I don't know, because I'm still tall. I've always been a very fast walker. As the saying goes, "Eat enough", and when I get off the plane, I can call it turtle speed. I arrived at noon and have been fine. But they gave me a vaccination, saying that it was almost impossible to fall asleep on the first night, and an oxygen machine was prepared at home, so I must take oxygen when I feel uncomfortable. After dinner, I began to have a seizure. It's like wearing an iron ring charm on your head, which hurts and tightens. Oh, by the way, on the first day I arrived, I tried to eat lightly and digest well. My friends are very experienced, so I ate very little at dinner. But I saw a sad joke. I saw a friend who traveled to Tibet on the Internet. When he got off the plane, he went to eat barbecue and drink, and he was still so high. Results The next day, I went directly to the hospital for oxygen inhalation and then went home.

Continuing with the description of high opposition, I began to take oxygen after a headache, and stopped for half an hour for fear of dependence, but they told me it would take at least an hour, otherwise it would be useless. I stopped when I felt the symptoms disappeared. Then I fell asleep in a daze, and then what they said began. I wake up every hour or two, and I can hear my heartbeat. It's no exaggeration. It really makes you feel what a heartbeat is. Well, the night's ordeal is over, and the next day comes.

It was still a headache-oxygen inhalation-relief-headache cycle, and as a result, vomiting began again at noon; The taste of high opposition is really unpleasant. Fortunately, my heart didn't beat like thunder the next night. At this point, the symptoms of tension were basically relieved, but the headache, dizziness and confusion lasted for nearly a week, and then gradually eased. After remission, there is a sequela, that is, breathing is a little difficult. Every time I need to take a deep breath, I feel that I can change my breath.

I have been back in Lhasa from March to May and returned to my hometown at the end of May. It seems that I didn't lack oxygen, but I had difficulty breathing for some time. I came back in early September and now I have a headache in Lhasa for a day. A friend's house had diffuse oxygen supply, which lasted for one night and was much better the next day. Then I went to Shannan and was lost for about two days. It's not that intense this time, but I have a slight headache and dizziness. Breathing in Shannan is not as bad as last time, so I don't know whether it's the season or the region. After all, Shannan seems to be about 200 lower than the sea level in Lhasa.

It is said that winter is the most difficult season, the air is thinner, there is no heating here, and there is no air conditioning in many places, and I am an extremely cold person. I hope my first winter in Tibet will not be so hard.
