Our small county is a poverty-stricken county, its fiscal revenue can't make ends meet, and it even depends on loans to pay wages. So in order to reduce the financial burden of the county, 300 yuan's vegetable basket subsidies are all self-raised, and teachers can only look at the vegetable basket and sigh. Rural schools are even worse. Some urban schools are not treated, so they all jump in groups. Rural schools jump in the city, county schools jump in the city, urban schools jump in the province, and other industries jump. Teachers have the highest enthusiasm for the civil service examination. In our small county, 20 civil servants are admitted a year, 19 are teachers.

Many teachers have worked hard all their lives and can't even afford a better house. When you become a teacher, it seems that you are doomed to be poor all your life.

Article 25 of the Teacher Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that the average salary level of teachers is not lower than or higher than that of national civil servants, and it will be gradually improved. In Europe, America, Japan and other countries, a considerable number of outstanding talents choose to teach in primary and secondary schools, which is a well-paid and respected profession. In China, teachers have little attraction to the younger generation. The survey report shows that nearly 90% primary and secondary school teachers in small towns and rural schools in the central and western regions have a strong sense of inferiority. On the one hand, they regret not being admitted to the ideal university, so they have to study as teachers in normal schools; On the other hand, teachers' social status and economic income are both "double low", which is not only embarrassing for their livelihood, but also not "glorious" in "face".

Maslow divided human needs into five levels. Physiological needs; Security requirements; The need for love and belonging; Respect for needs; The need for self-realization. Maslow believes that people's basic needs are interrelated, interdependent and overlapping. People's behavior is dominated by a variety of needs, and under the control of different needs, they will make different behaviors. The phenomenon of teachers' job-hopping is a behavioral tendency to meet their different needs.

Teachers who stay in the countryside are considered incompetent and disloyal. Who wants to stay in the countryside and become "incompetent"?

Today's students are different from before. They are all only children. Most of them are willful, selfish and narrow-minded. They are very exclusive to me and can't stand a little setback. As long as two or three students are naughty and willful, the quality of your class will be greatly reduced. Teachers are people, not gods.
