Who changed his fate by reading?

There are many examples of celebrities whose lives have changed because of reading. The following are four articles:

Example 1: Kuang Heng was a famous Confucian scholar in the Western Han Dynasty. When I was a child, my family was poor and I couldn't afford a lamp. There is a light in his neighbor's house at night, so he can't read at night, so he dug a hole in the wall. After studying only and studying science, he finally got a college question and became a generation of celebrities.

Ex. 2: Su Xun was one of the eight masters in Tang and Song Dynasties. He was fond of playing when he was a child, but he didn't study hard. I began to study hard at the age of 27, and I seized all the time to read books. One year during the Dragon Boat Festival, his family gave him zongzi and sugar. His family came, his sugar didn't move, and the zongzi was finished. He also made a joke about it. Su Xun, with his fighting spirit, finally achieved something and became a great man.

Case 3: Chen Jingrun, originally from a poor family, worked as an apprentice in a grocery store, but instead of giving in to his fate, he kept striving for self-improvement. He taught himself mathematics in the evening, and then sat in on Tsinghua. Later, he changed his fate because of the famous Goldbach conjecture and even shocked the world.

Example 4: Emerson, an American scholar, loves reading. He regards reading as spiritual magic. He said that when he entered, it was a short action, but what came out was immortal thoughts. What goes in is trivial, and what comes out is poetic. Emerson's soft spot for reading changed him.
