Kneel down and beg! Briefly describe the historical representativeness of Guqin music culture

The guqin occupies an important position in traditional Chinese culture. It has seven strings, the wood is sycamore wood, and the strings are silk threads. It is also called lyre, and Chinese classical books call it tung. Qin is an important symbol representing Chinese national music. Guqin is the "Book of Changes" among music, just like philosophy. Guqin represents the music of the Chinese nation, and the most representative piece is "High Mountains and Flowing Waters". China has very good music, and the Chinese qin is a piece of philosophy. Some people say it should be called music art, the Tao, the qin Tao.

We talk about Confucius. His ideal is to hope that the people of this country will govern the country with etiquette and music and engage in peaceful diplomacy. This is exactly how we are now, ruling the country with rituals and music. History says that China is a land of rituals and music, and music is the most representative. That’s why Premier Zhou said that Kun Opera is very good, and Kun Opera is the wave of opera. I said the music is also very good, but the seven strings are the waves in the music. You can only understand it after learning it. If you don't know how to play it, you won't be able to understand it all at once. Its sound pays attention to the charm, not to the pleasant sound. I played the song "Goose Falling on Flat Sand". I only pursued the taste of flat sand in nature, and I seemed to be... blended into it, becoming one and the same. I want to play that kind of flavor, have that kind of artistic conception, that kind of feeling, and I will become one with this piano. This is the unity of nature and man, and it is self-cultivation.

When playing the piano, the ten fingers are always moving, and the ten fingers are connected to the heart. If you don't want to become demented when you get older, it's better to play some piano. My fingers are moving. It doesn't matter if I can't play good music. I just plucked the piano a few times and it sounded good. It's just that good. Tao Yuanming couldn't play the piano, but we don't look at him as a qin player. He had a stringless qin. Without strings, he couldn't play. He said he felt comfortable even if he touched the qin every day. Once the state of mind reaches the heart, the purpose of maintaining health can also be achieved. Ji Kang said that if you play the piano well and combine it with your diet and daily life, your life span can be controlled by yourself.

Ji Kang wrote "Qin Fu" very well, "The virtues of Yin Yin and Qin cannot be suspected." The moral education of Qin is too profound and cannot be guessed. The piano itself is a very beautiful thing, aesthetics. The enjoyment of beauty by foreigners is Venus and nude statues. The enjoyment of beauty by Chinese people is awareness, high realm, and high realm.

Hello everyone! I am very happy to have such an opportunity to meet you today. I come from the Institute of Genetics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and I mainly study genetic evolution, that is, the origin of Chinese agriculture and cultivated plants. Guqin is my hobby. As far as I know, several experts have given lectures here before me, such as Chen Changlin, Li Xiangting and Xu Jian, the latter two are guqin professors at the Conservatory of Music. They have been studying guqin from the beginning. I am different from them. I am a hobby and not really studying guqin. However, I like guqin very much. To the extent that I am satisfied with just one guqin. I have an old friend who is a well-known professor at the University of Cambridge in the UK. He is now over 90 years old. We are very good friends. He fell in love with the Chinese guqin after he came to China. He originally came to China for Sino-British cultural exchanges, but after he learned about traditional Chinese culture, he bought a very good guqin. After returning to the UK, he specialized in the study of Chinese Tang Dynasty music. He was only in his 30s when he came here, and now he is in his 90s. He is still unmarried and only loves a piano. Regarding the guqin, many people don’t know it. Some TV shows and movies put the guqin in the wrong place and made some jokes. My introduction to Guqin today can only be described as a brief introduction. Guqin occupies an important position in traditional Chinese culture. Many experts and scholars have introduced it before. I can only talk about my understanding of Guqin.

First, let’s briefly introduce the guqin. What we call Guqin now is a Qin with a very ancient history. It has seven strings, also called a lyre. The body is made of sycamore wood and the strings are silk strings. Regarding silk strings, there used to be a Huihuitang in Hangzhou that made lyre strings from the Tang Dynasty until the Cultural Revolution. However, it was destroyed during the Cultural Revolution. It is not easy to restore the silk strings now. Because the guqin is made of silk strings and sycamore wood, it is also called guqin. It is now called Guqin because it has a very ancient history. Guqin has a long history. Its history is as long as the history of the Chinese nation. According to legend, it came into existence during the Fu period. Later, none of Shen Nong, Huang Di, and even the kings of the past dynasties could play the piano.

Let’s think about the times of Shennong and Huangdi. In addition to growing grains, fruits and vegetables, they also needed entertainment. They took a wooden board and tied it with a few ropes. What did the ropes look like at that time? They were probably rubber bands. Later, silk became available during the Huangdi period, and silk was used to make silk strings. Silk strings have been used to this day. That is to say, it is a very simple board with a few silk threads tied to it for playing. This is the earliest piano. How many strings did it have at the beginning? In the time of Yao and Shun, there were five strings. Later, in the time of King Wen and King Wu, two more strings were added. These were seven strings, and it was called a lyre.

According to relevant literature, the piano has appeared since the beginning of writing. That is to say, in the Stone Age before Xia Yu, when stones were still being used to make hoes, there were harps and medicine, as recorded in ancient books. These two things: Chinese medicine and the Chinese musical instrument, both have a long history. The Book of Qin says: "The Qin is a tool, created by itself, and completed by the Yellow Emperor. Its Dharma is like the universe, and its use is used to declare the wonderful way. All the kings and gentlemen of the ancient Ming Dynasty were proficient in it. In the past, my master Xiang played the Qin, and there were fish swimming out to listen. , Six horses look up at the foam, how can it be compared to people? Since ancient times, the king of Ming Dynasty has cultivated his family, governed the country and brought peace to the world, all because of the sound of the qin. It is not a small skill to use the qin as a way! But it is not true for those who regard the way of the qin as an art. "Educated and educated people throughout the ages, no matter what profession they were in, especially literati, such as Su Dongpo, Wen Tianxiang, and Liu Zihou, could play the piano.

Every nation has its own music, and Qin represents the music of the Chinese nation. What music does the Chinese nation have? The orchestras we watch on TV are from foreign countries; what is the music that represents our China? Is it the Huqin? Is it the Pipa? These are all created by ethnic minorities. It is written clearly in the "Three Character Classic" that "Gao, leather, wood, stone, gold, silk and bamboo, are the eight tones." Guo is the sheng played by ethnic minorities, and soil is the xun. I am afraid some people have not heard it, so I will show it to everyone. At first glance, it is also a kind of music, one of the eight tones of China. Now there are people in the conservatory who can play various tunes and can coordinate with the lyre. The wood is a wooden fish for knocking, and the stone is a chime. The stone chimes unearthed by archeology are a new discovery. They are of different sizes. They are arranged in rows and are similar to chimes. They can play various musical tunes. There are many things about gold, such as chimes. Then there are the qin made of silk tung and the flute made of bamboo. Bayin is eight kinds of music in ancient times. Among the many types of music, the most representative one is temple music. In the past, when sacrifices were held in temples, there were qin and harp. The smaller one was qin and the larger one was harp. The zither has fifty strings. Later, the zither became too big and difficult to carry, so it was made smaller. It is the zither seen on TV. The zither is the zither that has become smaller. Among all kinds of music, Qin is the most representative of Chinese national music. The most representative examples of Western music are the violin and the piano. Ours is this piano. This is my understanding.

Everyone knows that the Six Arts, the ancient Chinese classics, including "Poetry", "Book", "Li", "Yi", "Spring and Autumn" and "Yue Jing", the most important one "Yi" is China's classical philosophy. It is now studied all over the world. It is a great work. Astronomy and geography in "Yi" are all-encompassing. Guqin is a piece of "Yi" in music, just like philosophy. How to say it? It is said that "Wuji produces Tai Chi, Tai Chi produces one, and all things originate from one." One is the most basic unit of the universe. When I listened to Professor Qian Xuesen's lecture before, he said, what is the most basic unit in the universe? Is it a dot "·" or a "-"? He said that the most basic unit in physical science research is not a dot, but a line. . After listening to it, I found it very interesting. What was the earliest thing that China used to study the origin of the universe? It is just such a "-". All things originated from a "-". This is the first hexagram in the Bagua, that is, the Qian hexagram. "Wuji generates Tai Chi, and Tai Chi generates Liang Yi." If one horizontal line is broken, there will be two lines, which is the Kun hexagram "--". Foreigners say that China has no science, and they belittle ancient Chinese culture. There is still much to be gained from careful study here. Some people say what is the use of the piano? Let’s put it on display in a museum. What kind of music is it? In fact, the piano is also very interesting and reasonable. China needs to have a kind of music, a kind of music that represents the Chinese nation, which is like this "-". Today I will talk about how the piano is made, which is very similar to "-". Many comrades know the qin, but there are still many comrades who have never seen the qin. Some people cannot distinguish the qin, the zheng and the zither. In fact, the qin is just one piece. It is divided into two parts, namely the upper one and the lower one. The upper part is Heaven, below is the earth. The upper part is the Qian hexagram and the lower part is the Kun hexagram. Our ancestors were very knowledgeable in the study of music. I am not disparaging foreign Western music.

There are records in Chinese music history books from all dynasties: the shape of the lyre has the sky above, the earth below, and the thirteen emblems represent the twelve hours...that is to say, the lyre itself is the specific visualization of "Yi". There are many articles in it if you study it carefully. Very well, I can’t go into details here now.

Our ancestors proposed that the universe originated from one, all things originated from one, two gave birth to two, two gave birth to three, and three gave birth to all things. Since then, a lot of things have happened, and many tricks have come from it. Therefore, after the arrangement of the two instruments, the four images, and the Bagua, everything can be explained. From the two instruments, the four images, the Bagua, to the last seven strings, you can play whatever music you want. The changes are huge. This is also a "Yi". I like it so I praise it. It is indeed very interesting and can represent the music of the Chinese nation. Guqin is very rich in content. Guqin is a very meaningful piece of music in this sense. It has style, a long history, and rich connotations, and represents the greatness of the Chinese nation. Now the Ministry of Culture has begun to pay attention to it, and UNESCO will list it as a world cultural heritage. But for many years, it had no place, only some intellectuals and amateurs like us liked it. Now even the United Nations recognizes it, and it has a place in both Chinese music and world music.

Now let me talk about the sound of the piano. For those of us who like the piano, it is very beautiful. For those who don’t like it, it is like playing cotton, which is not interesting. Our country has been advocating the teaching of etiquette and music since the time of Confucius. No matter how difficult a country is, it must understand etiquette. The so-called don't listen to what is not etiquette, don't see if it's not etiquette, don't speak if it's not etiquette, don't move if it's not etiquette, and overcome the etiquette. Etiquette is not enough, music is also needed. Why music? If you want to be cultivated, you must have music. Confucius dreamed of Zhou Gong. He dreamed of returning to the Western Zhou Dynasty. At that time, every family played the piano and sang and paid attention to music. Just like how everyone abroad plays the piano now.

What are the benefits of playing the piano? As long as you play the piano, your heart will calm down. Nowadays, people are impetuous, and playing the piano makes a difference. So you see that everyone who plays the piano is relatively peaceful and gentle, because this is the teaching of etiquette and music, and now we need to promote it well. When I talk about the teaching of etiquette and music, etiquette is to cultivate people's style and attitude. To cultivate a good style, it must be through music education. Since it is music education, if you only compare the good sounds and create extravagant music, then what is the music education? Just fantasize about it, it won’t work. There is one characteristic of the Chinese guqin that other musical instruments do not have: the guqin is played to oneself. When playing the guqin, you should first fall into silence and avoid having any evil thoughts or delusions. Anyone can learn it, even an eighty-year-old man can learn it for self-cultivation and retirement. Children of any age can also learn it. Didn't a five-year-old child in the Children's Palace win an award for playing the piano? It is inherently educational, and it is an aesthetic education just like the teacher in school who played the organ and taught us to sing. Aesthetic education is to cultivate people's quality education, so the lyre is a specific measure of aesthetic education.

In the Western Zhou Dynasty, every family had a qin, and all the children played it; after the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, Qin Shihuang burned books and harassed Confucians, which destroyed the culture all at once. Nowadays, only five of the six arts are left - "Poetry", "Book", "Rites", "Yi" and "Spring and Autumn", and there is no "Yue Jing". We don’t know what the music theory of the "Book of Music" talks about now, but we can still understand some from various aspects today. For example, the "Book of Rites" contains the "Book of Music"; Tai Shigong also talked about some issues about the qin. "Book of Rites and Music" says: "Therefore, the rituals and music of the previous kings were man-made, etiquette and people's hearts, music and people's voices, government was carried out, and punishment was used to prevent it. Ritual, music, punishment, and government were extended to all directions without contradicting each other. The king's way is ready. To govern the people in peace, one must not be good at etiquette, change customs, or be good at music. "Cai Yong said in "Qin Cao": "The purpose of the qin is to prevent evil and evil, to cultivate one's moral integrity, and to restore one's innocence. ". Today's society is very complex, and very few people live to be a hundred years old. According to ancient Chinese cultural traditions, a person's normal life span is to live to be one hundred and twenty years old. Nowadays, who lives to be 120 years old? Very few, never heard of. Ji Kang said that there is no problem for people to live to be thousands of years old. How should we rest in mind and body today, combine work and rest, and how can we arrange it? It is difficult to sleep at night. Peace is rare, so how can we live a long life? Take care of yourself. It collapsed. During the reign of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, there was a man named Dou Gong who lived in Tiantai and was 180 years old. Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty knew about it and wanted to live forever, so he found him and asked him what his secret was. He said he knew nothing but playing the piano, and he would play the piano all his life. He lived in the palace and had good food and drink. He died soon after returning. Playing the piano can maintain your health.

Although the violin was good and loud, Beethoven played it and deafened his ears. It’s not that Chinese music cannot be loud. Aren’t the huqin and erhu of our ethnic minorities very loud? The sound of qin music is relatively small, but it has a good charm. I brought two qins, one is an ancient qin from the Yuan Dynasty, and the other is a new qin. Everyone knows what Guqin is and what Xinqin is. We are beginners, and a piano worth one or two thousand yuan is enough. Once you learn it, if you are destined to play the piano in the future, you will naturally have a good piano.

There are many articles in the Qin, including astronomy, geography, the universe, and life. The Chinese Qin is a philosophy. Some people also say that it should be called Qin culture, or Tao, the moral Tao. The Tao of Qin is like the tea ceremony of drinking tea. Tea has tea culture, and Qin also has Qin culture. Qin, many foreigners like it. The good friend I just mentioned, who is from Cambridge University, doesn’t even have a wife, he just has a Qin, and he loves it like that. Therefore, Chinese Qin has Chinese Qin culture.

It is said that a Kunqu Opera Academy will be established, and a Guqin Academy will also be established in the future. Our current leaders also realize this. If you learn music well, you will be able to cultivate yourself and govern the country, which is the so-called cultivation, harmony, governance and peace. When the people are well-educated, our country will be better off. "Historical Records" Tai Shigong said: "In ancient times, the kings of Ming Dynasty played music not to entertain themselves, but to indulge in pleasure and desire, and to treat desire as a cure. All orthodox believers start with music, and the music is correct and the behavior is correct. Therefore, music is the reason why the blood is turbulent , it circulates the spirit and harmonizes the righteous heart. The Forbidden City stirs the spleen and harmonizes the righteous faith, the Shang stirs the lungs and harmonizes the righteousness, the horns stirs the liver and harmonizes the righteousness, the feather stirs the kidneys and harmonizes the righteous wisdom. This is called the sum of the five tones that touches the ears and moves them. In the heart, liver, spleen, lungs and kidneys, the righteousness of benevolence, righteousness, etiquette, wisdom, and trust can be achieved. If the qi of rashes does not enter, longevity will be achieved. This virtue has the characteristics of longevity. , the ears and eyes are smart, and the blood and energy are peaceful, these are all means of maintaining health" ("History of the Song Dynasty·Le Zhi"). So I will talk about Qin’s place in our country and in our history.

We talk about Confucius. His ideal is to hope that the people of this country will govern the country with etiquette and music and engage in peaceful diplomacy. Now we are like this, ruling the country with rituals and music. History says that China is a land of rituals and music, and music is the most representative. That’s why Premier Zhou said that Kun Opera is very good, and Kun Opera is the orchid among operas. I said the lyre is also very good. The lyre is the orchid of music. You can only understand it after learning it. If you don't know how to play it, you won't be able to understand it all at once. Its sound pays attention to the charm, not to the pleasant sound. I played the song "Goose Falling on the Flat Sand". I only pursued the natural smell of wild geese flying in autumn, and I seemed to be... blended into them, becoming one and the same. I want to play that kind of flavor, have that kind of artistic conception, that kind of feeling, and I will become one with this piano. This is the unity of heaven and man. Think about it, what kind of state is it? Can you still have random thoughts? impossible. So this is about cultivating one’s moral character and returning to one’s innocence. Make yourself very peaceful and quiet in your heart, and enter the state of what I call "emptiness, wonderful existence," and you will be empty. But it is not negative. I am doing something without doing anything. I am empty but not empty. The so-called emptiness means emptying out all the messy things outside the body. This is how Qin Litou cultivates his moral character, and you can also achieve this state. I went home today and played the piano. I emptied myself out. I stopped dreaming when I went to sleep. I also dreamed well when I dreamed. I was in high spirits when I went to work the next day. Isn’t it better? If I do my job well, the results will be better. If you have any selfish thoughts while playing the piano, you will not be able to continue playing. At least you will be empty at one or two o'clock. If you empty yourself like this every day, it is the way to maintain your health. If you can completely empty yourself, you will become a "god".

The sound of the piano is clear and distant, very small, and has a good charm. When you play the piano, you are enjoying yourself and transforming your ideological realm. In addition to being empty, it also absorbs some nutrients to nourish your brain. A brain has to work during the day and absorb some nutrients. In addition to the material world, there is also spiritual life. For the spiritual world, this piano is very good. I have suggested before that guqin classes should be offered in primary schools instead of music classes. It would be great for primary school students to learn this. There are dozens of students in the Children's Palace, all children, ranging from five to ten years old, studying piano. Today we brought a child, who is only eleven years old, and let her play for a while to see how well she plays. The people who play the piano are very quiet and peaceful. The first thing people need to cultivate is the teaching of music and rituals. Friends of China predict that China's peaceful diplomacy and China's ideological education are under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism. Marxism-Leninism is a big ocean. It wants all good things, including Confucianism, because it is China’s cultural tradition.

Nowadays, Chinese culture is mentioned. This kind of thinking will play a role in the world in the future and will play a very good role. Now we are advocating ritual and music education, governing the country by law, and governing the country by virtue. My understanding contains elements of Confucianism. Inherit the tradition and cultural traditions cannot be lost. Marxism-Leninism inherits tradition, so now we see on TV that the music of ethnic minorities has allowed it to flourish...

Now I am talking about the piano itself, the manufacturing of the piano, and the role of the piano in a country. Confucius played the piano every day and used it as homework, just like studying every day, and sorting out his thoughts every day. Zhu Xi inherited Confucius, reading half the day and sitting quietly the other half. After the Duke of Zhou came Confucius, and in the Song Dynasty it was Zhu Xi. These people all paid attention to this kind of cultivation. Playing the piano is the best qigong. It can revitalize people's qi and blood, and finally reach a certain state. Man and nature are integrated and highly coordinated. This is the unity of nature and man. What’s wrong with this natural state? Other music is very tense, and general music is agitating and stimulating. The piano is just the opposite. It wants you to Be quiet and play the piano not for the sake of listening to it. The real piano is to play the piano into a state of tranquility. Human beings are the center of the world. Where do you think the center of the universe is?

Finally, let’s talk about the piano and aesthetics. The aesthetic content of Qin is rich, including the so-called Wuji, Tai Chi, Liangyi, and Four Symbols thoughts. In our Chinese Qinshu, we have discussed which sounds match which stars in the universe. Which note, which string corresponds to which star in the sky? I think the ancestors of the Chinese nation are really smart and imaginative.

The structure of the piano encompasses the universe and life. A seven-string guqin that meets the specifications must possess nine virtues: the first is Qi, that is, the overtones are brisk, the dispersion is clear, the notes are crisp, and the out-of-tones are smooth; the second Gu is tranquility with the charm of gold and stone, with moderate turbidity; the third is transparency, The clearer the sound, the louder it is without choking; the four sides are quiet, the curvature of the piano surface is straight, and there is no sanding sound or floating sharp sound at any point; the five-round sound, the sound is not restless, the rhyme is long, clear and lovely; the six-round sound, the sound is unbroken. ; Qiqing, easy to hear clearly, with less mixed secondary sounds; Bayun, the timbre of Sanyin and Thirteen Huiyin is unified without difference; Jiufang, the more you play, the more the sound comes out, and there is no problem of lack of sound after playing for a long time. A seven-stringed guqin that meets these nine conditions, or nine virtues, is beautiful from an aesthetic point of view. The beauty of the sound of the qin was very thought-provokingly described by Jikang in "Qin Fu". He said: "The virtues of cherishing the qin are unpredictable; the body, emotion and heart are far away, and it is extremely difficult; good quality and beautiful hands are encountered in this world; there are many things. The sound of the guqin is worthy of all the artists; those who know the music are rare, but who can cherish it; the only person who can play the elegant guqin is the elegant one. It is aesthetically perfect. It is truly an orchid in music.

The aesthetic significance of the harp can also be seen through the story of how Cheng Lian guided Boya to the sea to comprehend and compose "Narcissus", which shows that the beauty of the harp lies in empathy. If you can't empathize, what's the beauty? Yi Huan's preface to the Great Return Pavilion says: "In the past, Bo Ya received the harp from Cheng Lian, but after three years of failure, he went to the sea with Ya. Lian left with excuses. Ya Yan looked at no one. But when he heard the sea water gushing out, Lin Xiu felt sad and said, Sir, you can empathize with me! He sings the music of Narcissus on the harp, which is the best thing in the world. It is taught by people; it is combined with spirit rather than sound, and it is not just a matter of seeking the law of the palace."

There are many examples of aesthetic education.

You play the piano so well that all the fish in the water jump out to listen to you playing the piano. When the grazing horses hear you playing the piano, they raise their heads to listen to you playing the piano. This is all aesthetic education, describing it as touching people and animals.

My sense of smell is not good and I can’t smell the fragrance. Sometimes I put a pot of jasmine flowers in front of me playing the piano in the house. When I play, I can smell the fragrance. Do you think it's strange or not? This is my personal experience. The other one may not be exact. I played the piano and placed a pot of asparagus on the table. As soon as I played the piano, the leaves of the asparagus moved. I couldn't say whether the table was moving or not. But the fragrance is real, and I began to think that I was an idealist. I did it a few times. I couldn't smell the fragrance without playing the piano, but the fragrance came out as soon as I played the piano. It can move matter. There is a medical scientist who studies the sound of the piano to see which sound can move people and which sound can move animals. I'm not superstitious. It's all one. It's the same for plants and animals. The things emitted by the body are all integrated together. It's possible and can be explained. This shows that things like health care and aesthetics have actually developed now.

I can only play the piano to myself. The piano can make me quiet, make my soul beautiful, and have a health-preserving effect. Today I bring two piano introductions. This guqin has nylon steel strings, and the other guqin has silk strings. Let you get acquainted with them and take a look at them if you have a chance.

You see how loud the steel strings play, and the performance is better; the silk strings are not so loud, but the tone is better. I have said before that playing the piano is not about pursuing good sounds, but about cultivating one's character. You will know this when you play. You can't play Si Tong's silk at first, but after you play it for many times and for many years, you will understand.

The development of Guqin to this day can be divided into two stages. Some people say that Silk Tung should be put on display in museums and should have been eliminated long ago. This is going to extremes. To say that steel strings are not lyres, but steel strings, is to go to an extreme. As long as it is good for national construction and good quality education for everyone, then we should promote it. I like the silk tung tree, and I used to be a silk tung tree. In the earliest days, I played the guqin. Now I pay attention to the qin from the Tang Dynasty, such as the Tang qin and the Song qin. My former teacher played that kind of qin. When you play that kind of qin, the charm is really wonderful. All in all, it belongs to aesthetic quality education and is our Chinese cultural tradition. It is different from other music. You see, its historical records are so rich, we cannot lose it. I'll leave it at that, let's play the piano.

Invite the child Wang Rulai to play the song "Flowing Water".

(Piano music "Flowing Water")

Zhang Kongshan was a great qin player in the Qing Dynasty. He added seventy-two roller whisks to this piece, which amplified the sound of water. In our country, it is played all the time. This piece, which is also being broadcast on satellite now, was played by the veteran qin player Guan Pinghu. This piece is a relatively high-level piece. Generally, the teacher will only let you learn this piece after you have become quite familiar with the piano. Our little pianist, you see, she plays "Mountains and Flowing Waters" quite well now. In the music, there are high mountains and flowing water, and a sunny spring with white snow. People who learn piano like these songs. For those who know piano, this is a beautiful enjoyment. When you start listening to it, you feel a little uncomfortable. After listening slowly, you will feel the taste.

The "Flowing Water" just described is about the Yangtze River Ten Thousand Miles, Du Fu's poem: "Flowers approaching the towers hurt the hearts of the guests, there are many difficulties coming from all directions, the spring scenery of Jinjiang River comes to heaven and earth..." The upper reaches of the flowing water reach Jinjiang River , those seventy-two rolling brushes passed through the Three Gorges. Regarding the Three Gorges, a poem written by Li Bai and "Shui Jing Zhu" written by Li Daoyuan are both very good. Everyone is familiar with Li Bai's poem: "The white emperor's speech is among the colorful clouds, and the thousands of miles of rivers and mountains are returned in one day. The apes on both sides of the bank can't stop crying, and the light boat has passed the Ten Thousand Mountains." This is the Three Gorges. After the music came to the back, we left the Three Gorges, and the river was very open. Li Bai went to the Yellow Crane Tower to see off his guests: "My old friend bid farewell to the Yellow Crane Tower in the west. Fireworks are descending from Yangzhou in March. The shadow of the solitary sail in the distance is gone in the blue sky, and only the Yangtze River can be seen flowing in the sky." The poetry and painting are all in it. Now I play "Pingsha" to describe autumn. It is about the flight, rise and fall of wild geese in the sky thousands of miles away. It is a small to medium-sized piece. "Pingsha" was expanded to become "Qiuhong", a piece composed by Zhu Quan, a great qin player of the Ming Dynasty. It is very long, like a long march of 25,000 miles, and is majestic. The Chinese harp has a very rich repertoire. "Pingsha" is a must-play for all piano students, and is both elegant and popular.
