In If You Are the One, did Fan Wei, who bought Ge You's patent, finally go bankrupt?

It went bankrupt.

Finally, when Fan Wei was on board, he was still selling divergent terminals. He met Ge You and wanted to sell him the machine.

The genius of the returnee Roi (Ge You) invented the "divergent terminal", which was bought by venture capitalists at a high price of 2 million pounds because it could solve human differences fairly and peacefully. Roi also began to set foot on the road of online marriage, joking all the way. Either he met gay friends again, or he met a salesman. Roi is so disheartened that when he meets a cold woman, Liang Xiaoxiao (Shu Qi), he immediately asks the other party to explain his purpose.

Behind the scenes production

If You Are the One was inspired by Taiwan Province director Chen's film personals. The original intention of writing the script "If You Are the One" is to bring an inspirational and affectionate comedy story to the audience during the Chinese New Year in 2008.

At first, Xiaogang Feng wanted to use a marriage story to unfold the plot, but when Shu Qi joined in, it became a love story. In the end, the main line depends on the love relationship between Ge You and Shu Qi, so what I finished is very different from what I had in mind when I wrote the script.

The inventor of Divergent Terminal is the famous Hong Kong director Peng Haoxiang. In his movie AV, Peng Haoxiang once asked four graduates to use the invention of divergent terminals to win venture capital. A few years later, Xiaogang Feng used this invention to make Ge You rich in this film, and Xiaogang Feng thanked Peng Haoxiang at the end of the film.
