Why does Douban use python?

Python is perfect for beginners. Compared with many other mainstream programming languages, it is more readable, so it is relatively easy to use. With its own modules and rich third-party modules, it saves a lot of work of "repeatedly making wheels" and can write things faster. Configuring the development environment is not very complicated. python is built into mac and linux.

In addition, as far as I know, many schools have started to use python to teach programming courses (such as my alma mater).
