The uniqueness of this version of R9 lies in its cover design, giving up the traditional concept of nine-zone restoration and taking a conceptual approach. The outer packaging is designed into a special license plate style according to the plot of the film. This imaginative packaging can be compared with some special packaging in other fields.

Of course, it also brings some problems. The biggest problem is that the license plate package is thin, the bayonet design is not ideal, and even a little mistake has appeared, which leads to the two discs on one side falling off easily when unpacking. Although the manual modification scheme released since then, the effect is average. For friends who love discs, they may be willing to take out four discs and keep them in a PP box. It is a pity that the original envelope picture file with printing accuracy is not provided in the CD.

In addition to super packaging, the configuration in the dish is also the strongest. Because it combines the essence of each district. For me, the biggest surprise of this disc is its Mandarin dubbing, which comes from the internal reference version of that year.
