Some people believe that the number of breaths a person takes in a lifetime is fixed, so we say that the number of breaths a person has exhausted after death.

Five Spirits: Bird Yin, the image of lovebirds flying in. Controlling the recovery of reproductive functions at night, such as morning erections... often even the invasion of external evils will make it difficult to recover after sexual intercourse, causing nocturnal emissions, and women will have excessive leucorrhea.

Six souls: non-poison, poison, condensation. Gathering Qi and spirit to one point is called poison.
