Therefore, from the overall state of daily life, a state of "guests often stop together" has been formed.

Choose a different world: truth and falsehood, perception and mystery, although only in one thought, are worlds apart. At this time, it is very important to be able to observe and know how to choose. This is the training of "vigilance" in mind-watching training.

An alert mind can clearly observe the state of self-mind, and make adjustments in time, abandon delusion and confusion, and return to a state of sincerity and awakening. Vigilance training is very important and belongs to a basic skill. It takes long-term continuous training to become more sensitive, keener, deeper and more meticulous.

It should be noted that to grasp the degree between vigilance and silence, we need to ponder carefully, so as not to lose vigilance or let vigilance interfere with the silent heart.

A scholar is often drunk alone: when truth and delusion are always accompanied, a scholar is often drunk alone, that is, drunk, unconscious and confused.
