The Buddha happened to come with his disciples. He was very sad when he saw it. Such a general is drunk and doesn't even know who he is or even wake him up. So, under the temptation, the Buddha added a commandment called "Don't drink". These are the five commandments: killing, stealing, fornication, fornication and drinking.

Six paramita, paramita is in the Prajna Paramita Heart Sutra ... Paramita is an ancient Indian writing, which is actually a kind of wisdom that people should get. Six paramita: "giving", I will give you something good today. There are three kinds of relief: general monetary relief, legal relief and fearless relief. Giving money means giving some financial assistance; Fabushi asked me to explain it to you and let you learn Buddhism; Fearless giving is for me to help you get Buddhism. "Keeping precepts" is something I shouldn't do today. I can't do it, including keeping the five commandments. In fact, you don't keep the precepts when you run a red light on earth. You must stop when you see the red light. It's called keeping precepts. What is "humiliation"? No matter what others say about you, you must learn to be patient. If your wife scolds you at home, you should learn to be patient. Be patient when your husband scolds you. Because once you have patience, you can resolve conflicts and your marriage will move on; You can't stand it: "Let's get a divorce!" All right, that's it. That's it. "Diligence", there are too many people who get up at five or six every morning to chant Buddhist scripture, and there are too many people who chant Buddhist scripture well-diligent and diligent people are not easy to regress. Learning Buddhism is like climbing a mountain. The higher you climb, the slower and harder you climb. And if you stop and don't work hard, you may fall, so you should be diligent. There is also "meditation". What is meditation? Is to have wisdom and calm your mind. No matter what happens, it's not good for you to be scolded and beaten. First of all, you should calm down and think about it. Don't worry, don't make trouble, don't get angry. "One, two, three, four, five, six, seven", he is still cursing you, "five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten", he is a Buddhist, and he is amazing. My husband is cursing you and chanting at him, but don't show him that your mouth is moving, because we have a Buddhist friend. When her husband wants to curse, she ... As a result, her husband says, "Well, you are cursing me!" All right, go over there and hit her. So you must meditate in your heart, that is, settle down, don't argue with him, don't make trouble. The house is on fire, and quarreling is like fire. The first way is to escape from the fire. You can't say "I saved the fire" in it. The noisier it is, the noisier it is. So when you quarrel at home, you'd better go out for a walk alone, go to the shopping center, do some shopping, and then go home to escape from the fire. What is "wisdom"? Being able to find a way to deal with anything is called wisdom. Therefore, the six paramita are giving, keeping precepts, enduring humiliation, diligence, meditation and wisdom.

Ten good deeds, ten good deeds, is what the Buddha said. Don't kill, don't steal (there are five commandments), don't commit adultery, don't swear, don't talk nonsense, don't be greedy, don't hate others, don't be stupid, and don't do things that are sorry for others. As long as you don't do these things, what you are doing is a good job-doing good things. The only one in it is called "Buqiyu". Many people don't know what Ye Qi is. Ye Qi is frivolous and obscene. What is a lie? I'm bragging to you. Yee language means, for example, seeing this beautiful girl, "Oh, girl, you …" Okay, do you understand? Or when you see a beautiful girl, tell a dirty joke. This is called yee language. Make fun of others, or deliberately "Look, she is very good" and "Oh, you are very good"-Qiyu. There are two kinds of tongues in Yee language, which sow discord. So don't say disrespect, say respect. This is the "Ten Kindness".

Buddha just talked about the "four truths". What are the four truths? Bitterness, determination, extinction and Tao. Mages should all know the "bitter way". Is it in the Heart Sutra? You all want the vest sutra, "No pains, gather together, destroy the Tao ..." Every day is like truth, I don't know what it means. As we all know, Buddhism says that human nature is bitter, and the ultimate root is suffering. So you see, people are happy all their lives, but are they bitter when they die? Isn't it hard to die? I can't live without it. I am sad. Here comes this man. "You live well, I'll give you the house ..." I didn't want to give it to you, but I didn't say. I can only give it to you now. You see, this house belongs to him, and he changed his name when he died, right? So we must understand that suffering is the essence of human beings. These four "truths" are the ways to tell us how to get rid of pain. The ultimate goal of achieving nirvana is complete liberation and understanding. What is "bitterness"? Because the world is bitter. What is "fixed"? It means that we are gathered in the world. Bitterness set is a set, and all the pains come together, then we will have greed in essence. What does "greed" mean? Because people are greedy when they suffer, right? I am bitter today, and I want to be greedy. "Oh, I live in such a poor home today and want to get a big house"; With a big house, "I want to live by the sea", right? Greed is because greed will make you hate it, and if you hate it, you will do something stupid. Quarrel with others, fight with others, and do stupid things. Therefore, the Buddha said that the reason for our pain is that we put all the pains together and "have no pains". What is extinction? To extinguish the truth is to extinguish the truth. The Buddha told us, "Bitterness Collection", there are so many pains in life that we can let them out. Because the distress of life can be completely eliminated, as long as you have a normal mind and a bodhisattva heart, you can cultivate a realm and you won't regret it. If we don't regret our past, that is, if it has been eliminated, we shouldn't regret it any more. Your career should be eliminated, that is, "eliminating the truth." Finally, the truth of Tao. What is Tao? Buddhism and Taoism, a way of Buddhism. Learning the truth of Buddhism and Taoism means that today we have attained the truth, learned the truth of Buddhism and learned Buddhism, and our hearts will feel right and peaceful. Our hearts will be very stable, and we will have a correct understanding of everything. For example, your wife quarreled with you today and you didn't learn Buddhism. "This man quarrels all day!" -Incorrect understanding, "I really hate it, I really hope …" OK, incorrect; If after studying Buddhism, your wife quarrels with you, "My wife is poor, and women are always … because she has a hard time at home after a busy day, and sometimes she complains. Let her talk! " -the right truth came, "because we are human beings, we are always bitter, and she has no place to vent when she is bitter." Let her say a few words and it will disappear. " Tao is to produce correct knowledge, and inner wisdom is correct wisdom. For example, a person who knows a lot about computers says, "Hey, I play computer." If you have the right knowledge, you can help scientific inventions. But many people use computers to unlock and rob banks. You don't know, do you? Therefore, a correct understanding is the correct way to get Buddhism in Buddhism and Taoism, so it is called Daozhen. Simply complain, gather, destroy, say.

If you continue, it will become listening to scripture. If you can understand me, I'll talk about the "three solutions" again. If a person is relieved, it means that I am suffering and I want to be relieved. That's easy. Everyone can understand this sentence. "I am bitter, master, how can I get rid of it?" "Master, how can I get rid of it?" The child is in trouble at school. "Mom and Dad, what should I do?" ? How can I get rid of it? "Children are also called escape. How to get rid of it? There are actually three or three ways. So there are 84,000 Buddhism, some of which you can't tell, because some of them have been born in time and haven't started yet, right? Now there are three ways. The first one is An Empty Door. What is an empty door? It means that when we say "everything I see is empty", it means that I seem to see so many things, and everything I see is empty. I want to ask you, do you see the rose in front now? But after two hours, can you see this rose? I don't think so. A week later, where is this rose? The trash can is missing. Is it empty? Bodhisattva said, you should see the future, not the present. " Oh, this flower is very beautiful. "How many days can it last? A week later, the trash can disappeared. So "seeing that I am empty" means that everything I see is actually empty, understand? So no matter how beautiful your wife is, she won't be 70 or 80 years old ... I often say that Marilyn Monroe is alive again now, 150 years old, and ran out and said, "Come on, now Marilyn Monroe is here! "You were blindfolded and scared to run around. What do you think you 150 were like? Understand that this thing is empty. So as long as what I see is empty, "all lines", that is, all actions and thoughts, are unreal, because you can see the future, so what is unreal is impermanent. What is "constant gas"? Constant "is very long, and" empty "is always very long. It's all empty and gone. So it will be empty after a long time, and it will be over. Many people are sad and unhappy. Over time, it is the best medicine to cure your mental trauma. You just need to get through it. Many people feel frustrated, buy a plane ticket to live in another place for a year, and then return to the original place, forget it, there is no feeling. Time can heal the wounds of your heart! This is a door, called "empty door". Why do you say that home "escaped into an empty door"? Look at it, see through it, there is nothing, so it is called "hiding into an empty door." "

The second door is the "phase-free door". What is a "phase-less door"? This "phase" is actually "no thoughts" in the current words. Forget it, there is no idea. "Seeing because of emptiness" means that I know the ending is empty when I see the cause. A lot of people do. For example, if I plant this seed today, it will bear fruit later, right? Let me ask you, what happened when the fruit grew up? It's gone, picked, or broken, and the final result is still empty. So "the idea is empty, so we can't ignore it", that is, don't cling to anything, "I must, I must …" You must cling to it. You must have a lot of things, and you will be sad if you can't get them, so you don't have to do what you can, just follow the fate. Today, many girls came to me and said, "Master, please help me free my mind. I am very painful. He doesn't want me. I am very sad. I am very sad. I want to commit suicide. " One of them is the best. He came to my office and said, "Master, if you can't help me solve this problem today, I will collapse when I go out." Do you think I'm nervous? She went out to sleep. I can't save her. I don't owe my life, okay? What should I do? On the one hand, I asked Guanyin Bodhisattva for blessing, on the other hand, I said to her, "First of all, do you think that your boyfriend will still love you now?" She said, "Not now." "Then you don't love it, which means he doesn't love you, right?" "yes." "I don't love you, you love him desperately, and he doesn't love you in the end. Will the twisted melon be sweet? Now that this has happened, he dumped you, which means he has no feelings and doesn't want to be with you at all. Then why do you have to be with such a bad man? He doesn't want to be with you anymore. Why should you be good with him? " You have to give her these explanations, in fact, in order to let them know not to be persistent and not to take pictures. Do you still like some things that we liked very much when we were children? What did I like when I was a child? Train, it took a year to tell dad, and dad said, "Do your homework, and dad will buy you a train." After a year of hard work, I finally got good grades in the exam. Dad bought a train and had a good time. After playing for three days, I couldn't find the track-it was empty, passed and gone. So don't be persistent Don't look at it now, "Oh, I have to", and then it's gone.

The third "no-promise door", what is no-promise door? No or no desire means no desire. I have no desire, no desire, no desire, no desire, so it's called "nothing." That is, I have no desire for anything today. What can you do with me? Therefore, in the past, the traditional culture of China was called "being rigid without desire". When you are greedy for others, you will not be very strong. So many girls beat you every day to get their boyfriends' gold rings. "Go ahead, just buy me a gold ring anyway." If she has desire, she will do anything. Therefore, people who have no desire are very strong; People with desires are worthless. I tell you, no matter how famous a person is, as long as you have a price, you are called valuable, and priceless is treasure. Whatever you do to me, I don't care. I don't need your money. I don't care. I have no desire. What can you do with me? Well, be strong-strong without desire.

I don't care even if there is no hope of life and death in the end. I don't care if I live or die. I know I will die if I live, that's all. Therefore, be an open person, understand and live every day well. I told you last night in a small demonstration. I said that a person does not seek fame and fortune. If a person is not sick in peace, not sick when he leaves, happy, safe at home, safe in body and safe in everything, isn't his life called success? A person who can live a stable life is a successful person if he has no cancer, a bottle hanging all over his body, a happy family and everything is safe.

Before the end, Master always likes to tell you a joke. A son asked his father, "Dad, what does it mean to take a bath?" Dad said, "Oh, taking a bath is taking a bath." The son asked again, "What do you mean by sunbathing?" Sunbathing, oh, that's dry cleaning.

Buddhism stresses education and teaches by example, so if you want others to learn Buddhism, you must first be like a bodhisattva. Don't cling to personnel, and never have the idea of "I must". You know everything in the world is impermanent. Don't care too much about what others say to you. See through the world and run to the other side of life. Take good care of your mind and help others selflessly, and you will get a permanent life without troubles.
