Where is Hetian Yuzao planted?

Hetian Yuzao is a specialty of Hetian area in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and it is a geographical indication of agricultural products in China. Hotan area belongs to a typical continental climate, with scarce precipitation, dry and windy weather, large temperature change, large temperature difference between day and night and large annual temperature difference, which is suitable for planting jujube trees. Hetian jade jujube, fresh jujube, has large fruit, uneven size, smooth skin, regular and full fruit shape, thin skin, deep red color, thick flesh, crispy meat, juicy and sweet, and the edible rate is 96.3%. Its fruit is cylindrical or long obovate, with good quality. Suitable for drying and processing red dates and candied dates. The fruit ripens in mid-September.
