Huang Wanqiu, female, was born on December 1, 1943 in Yongfu County, Guilin City, Guangxi Province. She is an actress and deputy director of the Guilin Municipal Cultural Bureau. She debuted on stage at the age of 14 and played Sister Liu in the 1961 movie.
