In fact, the person who finally got the scriptures was not the liu er macaque, but the Monkey King. Then there are many misunderstandings about such a statement. First of all, many people think that the person who got the scriptures at the beginning was a liu er macaque, which means that after such a storm as the true and false Monkey King, the Monkey King's personal character has changed a lot.

In the process of transformation, something happened that shocked everyone. For example, the Monkey King, in fact, was relatively arrogant in his personal character before, so he didn't quite recognize many opinions put forward by Tang Priest, so he always talked back to Tang Priest.

Later, when Tathagata mentioned liu er macaques again, he actually warned the Monkey King not to reveal his true character again. So in the end, Tathagata killed liu er macaque.
