Is it better to use AK shield or magic stone barrier in NQ of World of Warcraft? What FM?

To tell the truth, these two shields are really equal. AK shield 1, intelligence 8, magic stone 7. This difference, in actual combat, neither side showed any advantage. If you really want to be serious, the philosopher's stone may be more practical. After all, it is the strongest crit shield in Level 70. Suggestion: Both are graduation shields. As long as you have either one, you don't have to waste money on the other one.
