Gege was buried in Babaoshan, Beijing in the late Qing Dynasty.

Babaoshan, formerly known as Black Mountain, is mainly composed of two peaks on the east and west. The highest point is 103 meters above sea level. It is the foothills of Xishan Mountain. The whole mountain is about 1.2 kilometers long from east to west and about 0.6 kilometers wide from north to south. Babaoshan has many historical attractions. In the Ming Dynasty, there were Yanshou Temple, Lingfu Temple, Chaoyang Temple, and the Empress Temple built on the west peak. The most famous one is Baozhonghuguo Temple.

At the southern foot of Babao Mountain, there was originally the Lingfu Temple built by the monk Haiyun during the Zhizheng period of the Yuan Dynasty. In the early Yongle years of the Ming Dynasty, it is said that the tomb of "Gangtie", the eunuch who was responsible for the rituals, was built here, and Yanshou Temple was built next to it, which was later renamed Baozhong Huguo Temple. Later, it became a retirement place for generations of senior eunuchs in the Ming and Qing dynasties after they left the palace, with temples, farmland, and vegetable gardens.

Wang Mintong, whose real name is Wanyan Tongji, was born in Manchuria with the Yellow Banner. Her father, Wanyan Lixian, was known as Li Wu Ye, so she was also called Li Tongji. The origin of the name of Babaoshan:

After Zhu Di became emperor in the Ming Dynasty, he intended to move the capital from Nanjing to Beijing. Therefore, he sent Liu Bowen to attack the front line, and sent General Binggang with 50,000 elite troops to escort Liu Junshi. The army set out from Nanjing on an auspicious day and arrived at the foot of Honglu Mountain. They would soon be able to enter Beijing. The soldiers all breathed a sigh of relief. At this moment, a group of people rushed down from the mountain, led by a female general.

She set up a enchantment array in front of Binggang's team. The female general held up her spear and leaped on her horse, calling Bing Gang to break the formation. Bing Gang raised his sword and urged his horse into the formation. He saw blazing fire all around, and the furnaces were spitting out flames. Binggang was highly skilled in martial arts, brave and tenacious, but one of his weaknesses was that he was afraid of fire. When he saw a fire, he did not know where to go from east to west, north to south. Not long after he entered the formation, he and his horse fell into the mouth of a large furnace.

With a loud bang, Binggang's entire body was cut into two pieces and flew into the sky. Even the horse he was riding collapsed. Binggang's upper body landed in Shangzhuang, east of Honglu Mountain, and his lower body landed in Xiazhuang, west of the mountain. His horse also landed in the west of Xiazhuang. Later, in order to commemorate Binggang's achievements, Zhu Di built a temple in Xiazhuang called Huguo Temple.

There is a tomb in front of the temple, in which Binggang's armor is buried. The tablet in front of the tomb reads "Tomb of Founding Father Binggang". A small temple was built to the west of the tomb, called the Horse Temple. A large ash pile was left at the place where Bing Gang died in battle. One summer, the ash pile changed from gray to eight colors: red, yellow, blue, white, black, green, gray and purple.

Following this, people dug out flint, limestone, sandstone and white soil, red soil, loess, crucible soil and green ash and other building materials near the ash pile, so Honglu Mountain was changed to Babao Mountain.
