First of all, teachers should love students and establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.

In our teaching, the relationship between teachers and students will inevitably appear. Different teacher-student relationships often have different results in teaching. The establishment of teacher-student relationship must be "democratic", because in a democratic teacher-student relationship, students' mood will be relaxed and happy because of the harmonious communication between teachers and students, and they will have a good learning mood. Second, teachers should have higher ideological quality.

We teachers should first educate people, educational ideas and concepts, which are very important for the development of education. The correct educational concept can cultivate talents, and the wrong educational concept will destroy talents. Teachers' political orientation, moral accomplishment, educational outlook, world outlook and outlook on life play a direct role. Most teachers have a firm political stance, but a few teachers are corrupt and even mislead others' children. First, the understanding of core literacy

We have always advocated quality education, emphasizing "promoting students' all-round development and cultivating students' specialty development". Quality education has changed the educational model of "discussing heroes by scores", turned to pay attention to the all-round development of students, and promoted the cultivation of talents needed by society. The cultivation of quality is based on the "talent" of students. The concept of "literacy" is put forward to pay more attention to students' ability developed in the long-term practice the day after tomorrow. Mobilizing students' enthusiasm only means that students are willing to study, which is far from enough. 3. Read famous books and write reading notes. The level of one's literacy depends on one's initiative in accumulating culture. "Full reading of poetry books", when knowledge is accumulated to a certain extent, will form a rich cultural heritage in people.

Cultivating students' core literacy is a long-term process, which still needs our practice and research. With the help of network resources and other means to mobilize students' learning and cultivate students' literacy. During the activity, I listened to the wonderful "true" mathematics demonstration class and mathematics core literacy lectures of five famous special-grade teachers in China, including Ben, Ren, Fang and Fang. Let teachers contact and feel the elegance and charm of famous teachers, feel the depth and thickness of their interpretation of teaching materials, and feel their superb teaching attainments and profound mathematical culture.

But for the third question, I was a little worried. What can a third-grade student know about "year, month and day"? Especially math stories, to be honest, I don't understand them myself. But the performance of the students behind me surprised me. Basically, every student knows a little about "year, month and day".

Our teacher boldly asked the students to show their study cards on the podium, tell what they know and want to know, and let other students help him solve his doubts. In this way, after a class, the students' elegant demeanor won applause from the teachers under the stage again and again. Especially when the last classmate showed a story about the origin of seven big moons, four small moons, and February was only 28 days, the applause from the audience turned into amazement.

Second, read more textbooks.

The content of the textbook was compiled by the editor after careful consideration and collected many excellent ideas. Every illustration in the book, every elf's words and every exercise has its value. It is only because of the influence of teachers' learning level, understanding ability and teaching experience. Sometimes you don't understand, but it doesn't mean you will never understand. I believe that as long as you are willing to spend time and energy, with the continuous accumulation of experience, you will gradually understand the intention of the textbook editor, because you can understand the editor's intention, you will be handy in teaching.

Third, how to teach is more important than what to teach.

I used to think that teaching students knowledge and skills wholeheartedly is the greatest satisfaction. Students don't understand, so they stay in the classroom and make up lessons for them responsibly. This is the standard of "good teacher" in my mind before. After listening to the lecture, this idea is a bit subversive, and sometimes I think: Do you want to "let no child fall behind" or "let a group of children stop and wait for him?" Under the pressure of exam-oriented education, sometimes we pay more attention to the students with learning difficulties in the classroom and a certain knowledge point to test our teaching effect. Students with learning difficulties are often asked. If he can't, you should find an excellent student to answer first, and then find a student with learning difficulties. If the students with learning difficulties can't, please ask another excellent student to answer and ask at last. Isn't that why a group of children stopped to wait for him? There are also some teachers whose students have been making up lessons for him this semester. He may have really passed, but next semester, after the exam, he ran back for 30 to 40 minutes, and the teacher was half angry. In fact, this is because the teacher didn't realize that it is like a spring. When you push hard, it will tighten and stretch for a long time. After relaxing in the winter vacation, it rebounded again. Everyone is an individual and has differences. We should face up to "differences". I wonder if you have heard of "the rose in the garden"? It's about a rose that blooms early. Even if there is one or two, it's still a flower. What the gardener has to do is to fertilize and water it constantly and create a suitable open environment for it. In fact, teachers are sometimes like gardeners, trying to create an atmosphere in which everyone looks forward in class. Not every student in your class may have studied it, but as long as every student participates in the class, as long as he is willing to learn math, even if he is not very good at it. So teachers sometimes have to spend more time thinking: how can I make students like my class? To do this, it should be based on reading students' existing life experience and knowledge structure.

Teacher Ren's demonstration class "Understanding Cuboid and Cube" highlights the mathematical taste of mathematics class, highlights the mathematical thinking in the learning process, attaches importance to establishing models, and integrates multiple perspectives of cuboid understanding into one furnace. Through mutual comparison and verification, students can deepen their understanding of the essence of graphics. The lecture "The Great Truth in Primary School Mathematics" takes many practical mathematical problems in life as examples, and understands the great truth in mathematics based on key features and movement reasoning: multiple perspectives, the learning value and connection point of view of movement change, the diversity and representativeness of mathematical sources, the closeness of mathematical connection and core concepts.

On the basis of children's existing knowledge, Zhu Xiangyang's demonstration class "Tree Planting" cultivates students' mathematical literacy through a series of thinking methods such as sorting, induction, infiltration and modeling. Let the teachers feel that the mathematics in life is so wonderful, which fully embodies the one-to-one correspondence between the thought of reduction and points and lines. In the lecture "Example of Heterogeneous Teaching of Primary Mathematics in the Same Class under the Variant Teaching Concept", Mr. Zhu started with a joke and a film that made teachers think, and then started with a teaching practice, taking the area of a parallelogram as an example. However, the same five classes have different teaching designs, showing a brand-new perspective and method, which makes teachers urgent.

Fang's demonstration class "Guess Who Will Win" uses picture books to create storylines and master accurate calculations and estimates. The classroom is full of interest in learning, simple but not simple. At the same time, her teaching methods in different places let everyone know the difference between Taiwan Province Province and mainland China, and brought different visual feasts to teachers and students.

Teacher Shen Yong's demonstration class "Reverse Number 2 of the Great Magician" allows students to discover some laws in mathematical magic and sum them up as multiples of 9, so that students can experience the joy of learning and the magic of mathematics in the process of communication and exploration. Special lecture "A Good Mathematics Course Suitable for Children's Real Growth", he thinks that mathematics class should be more interesting, suitable for children's real growth, and should make children grow more vivid and have happier memories. The growth of children is irreplaceable and the process is insurmountable.

This teaching observation activity not only provides a variety of teaching methods and approaches for our front-line teachers, but also provides some theoretical support for teaching, prompting us to update our educational concepts, re-examine the essence of mathematics classroom teaching, pay more attention to students' life value and life world in classroom teaching, and let the core literacy really take root in classroom teaching.
