How can you be lovelorn?

As the saying goes, if you can't solve the basic problem of food and clothing, that's fine, or convert to Buddhism and calm down and follow the master to chant Buddhist scriptures every day. If you feel this way because your feelings are frustrated, I suggest you calm down first, or talk to a good friend and find something to relax in the near future ~ it will fade after a long time.
