This film can only portray one outstanding figure: Li Bala. Alec Su turned Little Ear into a Muppet, Zhang Yang became a selfish nuisance, Xu Yi's scenes were cut very little, but only one Li Bala came alive. I don't know whether Sandra's acting is good or Alec Su's preference for this role. The best shot in this film was given to Li Bala. Even if you don't read the original, the audience will be deeply attracted by this role. Unfortunately, Li Bala died halfway, and the only highlight of the film was lost, leaving only a bunch of dull people playing boring stories.

The failure of casting led to the unexpected collapse of the protagonist. Many people think that Alec Su is successful in the casting of the film Left Ear. Indeed, he succeeded in more than half of the face value, but the director failed in the most critical actor and actress selection. Xiao Er in the original book is a good girl in appearance, but there is always a bad girl in her heart, so when everyone avoids Li Bala in time, she extends a hand of friendship. Small ears are complicated. They are clever on the one hand and rebellious on the other. It's just that she's not like you. The growing environment forced her to suppress her inner character.

Alec Su's choice of Chen Douling, who has never had acting experience, to play such a complicated role is actually a gamble. In the film, Xiao Er's acting skills should be exposed most vividly when she learned to smoke after her death. At that moment, we couldn't see the change of the world in her face, but more like a child stealing adult cigarettes.

Zhang Yang, a "bad student" with excellent performance in the original work, was selfish in his heart and planted the seeds of revenge. He destroyed Bala and Ginger Pepper successively, but still made the two girls love each other to death. Such Zhang Yang may be rebellious and indifferent, but it has fatal attraction. Oho's own image is too tough. He looks more like the gangster in the class who always takes the lead in making trouble. It is difficult for the audience to associate him with a boy who is eager to do well in his studies. Although the director kept putting pressure on him, he became a heartthrob in this film. But the eyes of the audience are discerning. Ou Ou's image really doesn't match, and his acting performance didn't save him and his sense of difference in face value.

Generally speaking, the original content of Left Ear is still worth trying, but unfortunately it lacks a good production team and a group of spiritual actors. There are many new people in the film, and they also have no performance experience.
