Can Iveco be converted into an RV? Is it legal?

Iveco's 7-seat commercial vehicle can be converted into an RV, but it can't pass the annual inspection. Whether the vehicle modification is legal depends on whether the vehicle meets the photos on the driving license and the technical parameters of the vehicle. If it does not meet the requirements, it will not pass the annual inspection. Vehicles under any of the following circumstances can only be inspected after being handled in accordance with relevant regulations:
