What effect does conversion have on the family?
Buddha said: Buddhism is a door, and the door is also a door.
Buddha said: a flower and a grass make a world.
Buddha said: Purdue sentient beings.
Why does Sakyamuni Buddhism give up the family? Serious violation of Buddhist scriptures
Question 2: What is conversion? Are there any taboos after conversion? Guιyι means: return to it physically and mentally and rely on it. People who convert to Sambo are Buddhists or disciples. "Conversion" can also be written as "refuge". The pronunciation and meaning of "conversion" and "refuge" are the same.
Conversion means conversion to Sambo, Buddhism, Buddhism and monks. Why convert? Because we want to achieve Buddhism and Taoism and get rid of it completely, we want to convert to the three treasures. For people in the world, marriage is very important. This is a ceremony. They live together in this ceremony, which is the most important thing in the world. But we Buddha disciples, this conversion to the three treasures is the beginning of becoming a Buddha. Today we come to convert to the Three Treasures, and the achievement of Buddhism and Taoism is just around the corner. If we don't convert to Sambo, we have no chance to get rid of it.
Due to different mentality, conversion can be divided into three kinds of Taoism: upper, middle and lower. Corporal Tao's conversion mentality is to protect himself, free himself from the three evils and all the pain and fear of death in this life. The conversion of sergeant Dao refers to the conversion mentality of people who have heard of it and arhats. Their mentality is to seek transformation in order to get rid of the six divisions of causal reincarnation in this life. Mentally, the conversion of the Staff Sergeant to Taoism requires not only liberation, but also conversion to benefit all beings. As for the taboo after conversion, I quote the enlightenment of Ci Zhu Kampo (principal) of Wuming Buddhist College to answer your question.

Master Manjushri
After accepting the commandments of conversion, there are three behaviors that must be abandoned, three commandments that must be observed, and there are always six commandments. "Guru Pu Xian teaches by example" is more detailed, so here is only a brief introduction.
What are the first three commandments to obey?
First, we should sincerely respect Buddha. It doesn't matter if your environment doesn't allow respect in behavior, as long as you have respect in your heart. Of course, when it is convenient, you should bow and cross your hands when you see the Buddha statue. There is also respect for not only the Buddha statue, but also the fragments of the Buddha statue. For example, if you find a Buddha statue in an unclean place, you should first pick it up and put it on your head, then find a clean place and put it there respectfully. This is the first one.
Second, respect the law from the heart. Regardless of Mahayana or Hinayana, all Buddhism should be respected, and Buddhism should not be denigrated. Respect for dharma means respect for dharma books. Scriptures should be placed in clean places, not on the floor, under stools or in unclean places. You shouldn't step on a law book, and there should be no disrespect. Not only should the French version be respected, but even a word in the scripture should be respected as a fragment of the Buddha statue. In a word, we should respect French books.
Third, we should sincerely respect monks. Regardless of Mahayana or Hinayana, all monks should be respectful. We should not only respect monks, but also disrespect their clothes.
These are the three commandments to be observed. Secondly, the three commandments cannot be:
First, after converting to Buddhism, you are not allowed to convert to human ghosts and gods. The so-called protectors in the world, as well as some heretical creators and omnipotent gods, all belong to the category of world ghosts and gods. We can't take them as dependents or kowtow to them.
Second, after converting to the law, it is not allowed to harm all beings. As an ordinary person, it is really difficult to do no harm at all, but to minimize the harm, at the very least, you can't intentionally hurt the lives of all beings. It is necessary to put an end to acts such as casually hurting insects and stepping on ants. If you hurt other beings unintentionally or intentionally, you must repent.
Many people don't know enough about Buddhism, thinking that Buddhism is a formal Buddhist activity such as chanting, kowtowing and burning incense. In fact, these are not the core of Buddhism. What is the core of Buddhism? It is compassion and wisdom, and it does no harm to all beings. No harm to all living beings has two meanings:
First, Hinayana Buddhism does not harm all beings, but simply does not harm other beings. For example, don't kill people, don't steal from others, and so on. There is no mention of humanizing all beings. This is the meaning that Hinayana Buddhism does not harm all beings.
Second, Mahayana Buddhism is based on not hurting all sentient beings. On this basis, we should spare others and benefit all sentient beings. We should help everyone get rid of reincarnation. The most important thing is to tell them how to get pleasure from suffering, which is the most critical core of Mahayana Buddhism. Of course, from the point of view, Mahayana Bodhisattva has realized emptiness, although from the point of view of emptiness, there is no Buddha, no sentient beings, no compassion and no harm. However, all beings have not yet reached this state, they know nothing, and they still need the help of Mahayana Bodhisattva. Therefore, as a bodhisattva, it is an obligation to help them understand the meaning of truth, which is the central idea of Buddhism.

Question 3: Can people with immortal life be converted? Does it affect the fairy family? Is there a fairy fate? Buddhism pays attention to' fate' and' persistence'. It's no use if you are destined to learn Buddhism but can't stick to its teaching. I don't understand what "Yuan Xian" is. However, if Buddhism is explained by non-Buddhist ideas, then I think this is not a question of learning, but meaningless. In the end, it will be different from the original Buddhism. If you think you can stick to the teachings of the Buddha, then you can learn from the Buddha. And whether "Yuan Xian" is meaningless.
Question 4: What is the difference between conversion and becoming a monk? If you swear to convert. That is to truly become a disciple of Buddha. We usually say to be disciples of the Three Treasures. The so-called three treasures are Buddhist monks. Buddha is a natural Buddha. The Buddha lying there is not a decorative one. Buddhism is Buddhism. Monks are representatives of Buddhist inheritance. Simply put, conversion belongs to the three treasures of Buddhism.
Being a monk is the opposite of being at home. We all have our own homes. Our parents gave birth to our home. An independent home established by oneself after marriage. Home means yourself and is a symbol of privacy. Becoming a monk is to promote Buddhism, give up his small family and become a monk who preaches and protects Buddhism.
People who practice at home can convert. Conversion does not mean becoming a monk. You can have your own family. Can get married. Becoming a monk means leaving home and becoming a monk in a temple. Monks do not have a fixed "home"-a temple. Stay in one temple for a while, and if necessary, go to other temples for a while. It's like what we call cosmopolitanism. Just for the sake of cosmic life.
Question 5: Does conversion to Buddhism affect your work? Not much influence ~ ~ ~
Studying hard is the key ... (before him, before me) ~
Question 6: Do converts have to set up Buddhist temples at home? Some people say that I want to convert, but I can't set up a Buddhist temple at home, so I dare not convert. Having a Buddhist temple at home has nothing to do with your conversion. Setting up a Buddhist temple to offer Buddha at home is not conversion, but conversion is four kinds of recognition of the guru's three treasures: taking Buddha as a teacher, taking Dharma as a Tao, taking monks as Taoist friends, and taking the guru as a true teacher. If you don't have this condition at home, you don't need to set up a Buddhist temple, or you don't need to offer Buddha. It is good to have a Buddha in your heart. Set up a Buddhist temple in your heart and offer Buddha in your heart. If possible, you should set up a Buddhist temple to worship the Buddha, because you are a Buddhist disciple and you should worship the Buddha as a true Buddha at home. You have a home and a place to live, and the Buddhist temple also represents the place where the Buddha lives, so please invite the Buddha. If you have anything good, give it first, and don't forget the three treasures of the guru. Give Buddha if you are willing to give Buddha, give Buddha if you are willing to give bodhisattva, give Buddha if you are willing to give three-body Buddha, and give Buddha if you are willing to give three saints in the west. There is no difference. If there are conditions at home, the Buddhist temple will be bigger, with more Buddha statues and more offerings. If we don't have this condition at home, the Buddhist temple will be smaller than a Buddha, all on its own conditions. Others say that you can offer Buddha in the morning but not in the afternoon. What's the difference between morning and afternoon? Don't buddhas and bodhisattvas eat after noon? What a joke. Why don't you eat after noon when you are fasting? I'm afraid you will faint. When do buddhas and bodhisattvas feel groggy? The Buddha is ignorant, has no worries, has no drowsiness and is always awake. In addition, it is not the Buddha and Bodhisattva who directly eat what you provide. It's your heart for Buddha and Bodhisattva. Your heart is in place, and Buddha and Bodhisattva appreciate it. You can offer Buddha in the morning and evening, at any time. Others say that I can't offer Buddha every day and dare not set up a Buddhist temple. It doesn't matter. You can provide it on the first day, fifteenth day, twenty-fifth day, or when you have time. This is not abandonment, nor disrespect. Don't forget to offer Buddha easily, don't slack off, don't be lazy, just try your best. Buddha is harmonious, tolerant, omnipresent and omniscient, and the mind of Buddha and Bodhisattva is like the sea. We should not measure it by the thoughts and actions of ordinary people. Some people say that "it is easier to ask for Buddha than to send it", so it is not offered at home. We can't say that. When you invite the Buddha, your heart will be in place, your behavior will be in place, and everything will be complete. Later, it was inconvenient to send Buddha at home. At that time, you could send Buddha statues to temples or other clean places instead of sending them. The real Buddhist temple is in the heart, the real Buddha is in the heart, and the real support is also in the heart. When you ask, you ask from the heart. It is superficial when it is sent. If you don't send it in your heart, there is no sin. As I said, there is nothing wrong with controlling this heart and always adjusting it. So is Xiang. You can list as many columns as you want. A stick of incense represents everything; Three pillars of incense, representing the three treasures of Buddhism and Taoism; The four pillars represent the guru, Buddha, dharma and monk, and can also represent Buddha, dharma, monk and dharma. There is no fixed amount, no fixed time. Worship is the same, sometimes three times, sometimes four times, the more the better, not fixed, it is really inconvenient for you not to worship, as long as you have respect for the Sambo guru. We can neither underestimate the form nor be arrogant.
Question 7: What should converts pay attention to? Learn three transformations together.
Conversion is the basic precept and requirement of all Buddhists, and it is also the most basic oath of a layman to convert to Buddhism.
In the precepts of Eupatorium, the Buddha said:
Good people. It is extremely difficult for a woman to give up smoking. Why? It is the precept of becoming a shaman, a monk and a bodhisattva. There is even Auntiero's three virtues and three bodhis. And it's basic.
If we can't correctly understand the three conversions, we can't convert quietly. It can be said that you are not even a really good woman.
Let me learn about these three transformations with you.
Why do you want to convert to Sambo? Let's look at the importance of three transformations.
The Sutra of Wandering Women is the precept of monks, the ten precepts of monks and the precepts of Bodhisattva. There is even Auntiero's three virtues and three bodhis. And it's basic.
Why convert to the three religions?
The 20th Scene 3 of Right Slope Race Festival Classic
Good at talking. Buddha. As the Buddha said first, there are beggars. Take the first teaching rank and take three refuge before giving it. Why did you accept three shelters? What is the name of the cloud? Good people. In order to break all difficulties and get rid of troubles, I am subject to the joy of great silence. Therefore, karma is subject to three shelters. As you asked, what is three confessions? Good people. It is called a Buddhist monk. Good people. It is called a Buddhist monk. Buddha. He can say that bad troubles are solved for the right reasons. That is, bad troubles are freed from reality. Monks. Be swayed by considerations of gain and loss is to get rid of it.
Shansheng asked Buddha: Why do you want to convert to the Three Realms? How can it be called three changes? The Buddha told a good man to be a good man. In order to crush all the bitter causes, such as birth, illness, death, love, separation, resentment and hatred, I can't ask the five yin to flourish. In order to get rid of troubles and ignorance (these are the causes of all pain). Because of the supreme silent nirvana joy, neither life nor death. Take this karma (to get rid of it)
So we have to accept three transformations. As you asked, what is triple conversion? Good people. Is to convert to Buddhism and Buddhism:
Buddha: someone who can say that evil causes are solved by positive causes.
Legalist: that is, evil is liberated from truth.
Monk: I am suffering from troubles and getting rid of them.
The name of the person who was mistranslated in the Thanksgiving Sutra of the Great Convenience Buddha (excerpt) was recorded as the eighth in Youbo in the later Han Dynasty.
Ask. If you don't get three times, you get five precepts. If you don't get three times, you get eight quit. If you don't get three rewards, you will get the Ten Commandments. If you don't know the four karma, you can't quit.
Answer. Nothing is allowed. If you obey the five commandments. Accept three returns first. Three times is actually the five commandments.
Note: As mentioned in the above scripture, if you want to be disciplined by the Five Commandments and other commandments. You must first accept three conversions. Three conversions are the basis of all precepts and are very important.
Of course, there are also special circumstances:
You po sai Jing Jing San GUI pin No.20
If you have something to say. Don't turn to Buddhism, Buddhism and Buddha's treasure first. When you know that people are not allowed to quit. Yes or no. Why? Like I said before, come to monks. It is the three treasures that have not been turned. Its precepts are well known.
(Note: As Master Taixu said: If you are born by law, you will be born by law. According to the usual precepts, you must return to the three treasures first, but once the roots are good, you can get the scriptures by calling a monk, even Siraitia grosvenorii. This kind of root, immediately get * * * ring, don't have to go through three white karma. -In the Great Nirvana Sutra: "The Buddha called for words. Come to bhikkhu. Hair and hair droop naturally. Robe. Become a shaman. Get arhat. " )
Or talk. If you don't, you can't quit. The same is true of Bajie's fasting method. Yes or no. Why? If you don't, you can't quit. What's the point of asking for a good wife? It's really necessary to quit. But I don't have enough eight quit to fast. If not, it's not called Zhai. It can be named good.
Note: Under special circumstances, there are enough "three times" and "precepts" for those who benefit from the roots.
Simply put, "three refuge" is "the basic precepts of Buddhism"! (This passage was supplemented by yammcoi. )
Note: When the Buddha summoned a bhikkhu to "come to the bhikkhu with goodwill", the bhikkhu was given enough discipline. This is called "bhikkhu with kindness", which is one of the ten commandments and a special practice limited to Buddhism. That is to say, because of the will of the other party and the power of the Buddha, the Buddha calls the person who wants to become a monk a' good monk', and that person is a shaman, with a shaved hair and a robe and anklet.
For example, the definition of the Eupatorium commandment:
Three conversions are conversions to Buddhism and Dharma monks, also known as Sambo. Why is it called Sambo? The Mahayana viewpoint of Buddhist scriptures explains:
Dear Lord, I didn't know the world of Sambo interests until I heard the voice of Buddhism today. However, I don't know why today, I said that the monk's name is a treasure. May the Buddha explain, show the people and the next world that they believe in the three treasures, and never stop doubting the net and make it into the incredible sea of the three treasures.
The Buddha said to the elders:' For example, the world's first treasure is full of ten meanings, and the solemn national boundaries are affectionate, and so is Zen Master Bao.
First, those who are strong, such as Manibao, can't be broken by anyone; The same is true of Buddhism, Buddhism, monks and treasures. Supernatural things cannot break reason.

Question 8: How to deal with the talents originally provided by the family after the transformation? You can continue to support them! The god of wealth belongs to the celestial group of six sentient beings, and its realm is not as good as that of Buddha and Bodhisattva. He is also willing to be close to Buddhism, and he can support Buddhism with Buddhism.
Let me explain Buddhism to you: this question should start from the ten dharma circles. The Buddha told us that the world of Nu Wa, that is, the space containing our earth, consists of ten different energy spaces, which are divided into six fields and four sacred fields. The six realms are what we often call "the six divisions in the wheel of karma", that is, heaven (immortal realm), Ashura Road (demigod realm), people-oriented road (us), auxiliary road (animal road), hell road, hungry ghost road, and all beings in it. The four sacred realms are composed of practitioners who are completely aware of the truth of the universe and have no worries and love desires. It is divided into four levels of life: the study of smelling the sound track (smelling the Buddha and realizing the Tao), the study of Yuanjue Taoism (having no chance to smell the Buddha but being able to experience the Tao personally), the study of Bodhisattva Taoism and Buddhism.
Therefore, the god of wealth is the highest realm of the six realms: all beings in heaven; Buddha is the highest realm of the Four Saints.
Question 9: Can I worship immortals at home after I convert to Sambo? Immortals also converted to the three treasures, but some converted to Taoism and some converted to Buddhism.
Question 10: There is no Amitabha in the south. After I converted, I cooked for my family. My family made me kill people. What should I do? I want to ask about the relationship between learning Buddhism and being a vegetarian. My family is a dual employee, and my grandmother cooks. We get off work very late every day, and when we come back, the meal is ready. If I want to be a vegetarian, I will trouble my grandmother to fry more vegetarian dishes every day. As a Buddhist, I should make everyone happy, but I have a hard time with the old people. If grandma is not allowed to fry vegetarian dishes, she will always put some meat in the cooking, which hurts her sympathy again. Isn't that contradictory? How to solve it?
Master Jinghui answered: I don't think it is necessary to associate vegetarianism with studying Buddhism, especially at home. You should know that China Buddhism in China advocates vegetarianism, while Buddhists in other countries or regions basically eat Sanjin meat. Three kinds of clean meat, the so-called no killing, no killing, no killing. Of course, we advocate vegetarianism, but we should not force every Buddhist disciple in our family to be vegetarian unconditionally. So I said, don't set up a Buddhist temple at home as soon as you learn Buddhism, and then I will become a vegetarian. Look at me studying Buddhism now, I have compassion! Not exactly. You can eat anything you cook at home. Don't let your grandmother kill a chicken tomorrow. Buy some seafood the day after tomorrow and eat whatever you meet. Then you can slowly tell her that I hope she won't buy live fish and chickens to kill, which will slowly affect her and cultivate compassion; When eating, don't be greedy for this meal. Without greed, if you eat this meal with forgetfulness, your compassion will not be hurt. If this dish is delicious, I hope to cook more tomorrow. This is bad karma. Don't be greedy, but eat this meal in disgrace. When your family agrees with you. Old people, wives and children all think that you are studying Buddhism now, love them more and care about them more. They are willing to follow your words and deeds, and they will do whatever you do. Then you have influence. Please discuss it with them again. Can you be a vegetarian? Can I eat vegetarian food for two days every seven days? Take your time, everyone will accept it easily.
I'll tell you a true life story. The president of a university in Hong Kong is a Buddhist, and his wife is a Catholic, because her family is a Catholic family. He believes in Buddhism himself, but he has accompanied his wife to the Catholic church every Sunday for many years. Because his wife didn't change her faith, he didn't change his faith. He was just practicing Buddhism, but he didn't convert. His wife saw that he was very devout to Buddhism, performed well and was influenced. His wife gradually stopped going to the Catholic church. People in their sixties also changed their beliefs and later converted to Sambo with the consent of their wives. See how people work. So don't go your own way, pay attention to the ways and means of educating people. Mutual understanding and respect, on the premise of understanding and respect, gradually reach recognition and agreement.
