But please remember, we should eliminate the concept of "shame of taking time off". Asking for leave is a responsible behavior, which can help us stay healthy and efficient. This is our legitimate rights and interests, and we must first learn to eliminate such psychological anxiety. No matter what the company thinks, we exercise our rights!
