How to synthesize images of different bands with ps?

Gif can do it, but Photoshop software can't achieve the effect you want with video. For GIF, you need to open a window on the menu bar of Photoshop software with an animation button inside. You can point out the animation, then put all the layers together and start making GIF animation.
