My opinion on the efficient classroom construction of ideological and political courses in senior high schools.

In my opinion, a good teacher should be a teacher who can give good lessons first. If you don't even have a good class, how can you talk about other jobs? How can we call it a teacher? Therefore, in teaching, I have always paid attention to summary and reflection, and I have also had some personal experience in teaching. Recently, the work of building an efficient classroom in our school has been fully carried out. Based on my summary and reflection on the implementation of efficient classroom mode in the past two months, I will talk about my experience of classroom effectiveness.

Classroom teaching is the main channel to realize quality education. Classroom efficiency directly affects the realization of teaching objectives. Under the guidance of the new curriculum concept, teachers should cultivate and develop students in the process of building an efficient classroom, so that the classroom can glow with the charm it deserves. The ideological and political course in senior high school is theoretical, so it is difficult for students to learn and understand. Therefore, teachers should try their best to make boring and abstract theories concrete, vivid and easy to understand. Moreover, due to the constraints of less class hours and tight time, it is difficult to complete the teaching task with conventional teaching methods. Therefore, a good class is the best way for senior high school ideological and political teachers. From the teacher's point of view, I think we should do the following.

The first is the preparation before class:

In the university classroom, the university teacher told us: "Efficient classroom comes from adequate preparation before class." Preparing lessons is the premise for teachers to attend classes and the basis for good classes. Teachers should calm down and study the textbook carefully, understand the real intention of the textbook writers, and accurately grasp the important and difficult points of the textbook. At the beginning of school, the school leaders also told us to prepare an outline and prepare for every class. What I want to mention here is that teachers should have their own thinking in preparing lessons and should not rely entirely on faculty and staff. For example, the content and related calculation of the relationship between value and price, labor productivity and total value in the second lesson of compulsory one "Economic Life" only require students to understand according to the requirements of teaching materials and teaching reference. If you teach according to such requirements, you can't adapt to the general exam and the college entrance examination at all. Because in addition to this year, the comprehensive political subject of literature in the college entrance examination in our province has such a calculation problem every year, and it is not difficult.

Secondly, we should rely on teachers' long-term observation and communication with students to prepare teaching methods and see what kind of teaching methods are suitable for students. In addition, different content uses different teaching methods. For example, when talking about the knowledge of goods and money, students can go to the market area to experience it for themselves and then feel the relevant theories. China's basic economic system, national finance and other macro-abstract theories can only rely on teachers' teaching methods of reasoning and argumentation.

The second is classroom teaching:

Classroom is always the core position of teaching, and teachers must gain a firm foothold in their own classroom to make classroom teaching as orderly and efficient as possible. To improve classroom efficiency, I think we can start from the following aspects:

The first is classroom introduction. It is often said that "a good beginning is half the battle". Teachers should try their best to become the dominant force in the class voluntarily and naturally at the beginning of the class, so teachers should use humorous language and ingenious methods to attract students' attention, stimulate students' interest, inspire students' thinking, and let students have curiosity and strong thirst for knowledge in the shortest time. Since the beginning of school, I have carefully designed the introduction of each class, generally using story introduction, joke introduction, dialogue introduction, and sometimes reciting a poem. These introductions are closely related to the classroom content, which can not only stimulate students' interest, but also help students naturally associate with the content in the text. For example, when I was talking about the impact of price changes, I used the traffic congestion caused by the Golden Week Expressway for free this November as an introduction material, which suddenly aroused the interest of my classmates and started my lecture smoothly.

Secondly, the organization of the class. Careful classroom organization will bring good teaching results. For example, on the basis of reasonable integration of teaching materials, the transition of classroom links should be natural and coherent, the questioning process should be more compact, attention should be paid to points and aspects, and it should be good at enlightening without losing the role of supervision. The design of activities should take into account students' age, psychology, personality, foundation and other factors. Carry out effective activities related to students' real life, which are easy for teachers to operate and can be completed by students. Teachers should grasp the difficulty of questions, and the setting of questions should be linked around the center, so that students can think as a whole.

Third, the relationship between teachers and students. Someone once said: the head teacher should pay attention to the relationship between teachers and students. In fact, this idea is all wet. Harmonious teacher-student relationship is a powerful guarantee for efficient classroom. Good teacher-student relationship and tacit communication between teachers and students can make teacher-student interaction smoother, which is very important for teaching. My students once told me that they don't like teacher XXX because the teacher always scolds them. If he answers the wrong question, he must be punished. So they are always silent in his class, even if they can answer questions, they don't answer them. In this way, the teacher becomes a "monk knocking on a wooden fish" in class. New curriculum requirements: efficient classroom should be interactive. Teacher-student interaction is the key link to ensure the smooth completion of teaching.

From the students' point of view, I think students should be trained to form three habits.

First, preview habits before class. Preview is not just reading books, but also thinking about some basic questions: what is it? Why? Is this ok? What is the connection with previous knowledge? Wait a minute. In this way, the class will be targeted, the key points will be focused, and the difficulties will be tackled, and the class will naturally have an effect. Therefore, teachers should reasonably arrange time for students to advance fully and prepare detailed guidance plans.

Second, classroom study habits. In class, we should "listen to the sound, read every word, use our hands and brains, and study hard". In class, some key contents should be outlined in the textbook, while others should be recorded in the blank space of the textbook or in the notebook; Teachers or classmates should look at the blackboard when writing on it; Teachers or classmates should think positively when asking questions, dare to express their opinions, and communicate with other students in time if they don't understand questions; Answer the question loudly; Write correctly, standardize the answering process, and independently complete the homework assigned by the teacher; When discussing problems, we should take the initiative to participate and speak actively. We should concentrate on learning closely around the teacher's teaching ideas.

Third, consolidate habits after class. Insist on reviewing before doing the questions. Review is an important link to consolidate and digest the learning content. Review what you have learned, remember what you have learned, understand what you have learned, and then do your homework.

In a word, it is not a one-off event to build an efficient classroom. Teachers need to be conscientious in teaching, constantly explore, practice and improve in teaching, and gradually improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.
