If not, then why should we think that there is something wrong with China's English pronunciation?

So a misunderstanding is that we need to learn fluent and authentic British pronunciation or American pronunciation. This is not to say that this is not a good thing, and it requires hard work to achieve it, but it is not necessary.

In addition, accent does not affect oral communication! Not only accent, but sometimes grammar does not affect oral communication.

When you really communicate with foreigners, you will find that even if your pronunciation is not pure, even if you make some grammatical mistakes, foreigners can still understand you. They hope that your pronunciation will be pure. But communication is different. From my experience, foreigners don’t laugh at our pronunciation. On the contrary, sometimes they will praise you for speaking good English.
