Scheler divides all existence into three areas:

First, the field of desire-every aspect of the inorganic world is completely dominated by impulse, slow and lasting, belonging to pure natural impulse, lacking internal, personality and self-restriction. This impulse is the pressure released by the inorganic material world, which has a relatively independent structure, making various forms of existence an objective image;

Second, the field of life-in this field, the initial form is impulse, which is filled and stirred by "life impulse" and is an impulse of self-operation, self-formation and self-differentiation. This life impulse takes feeling as the most primitive and lowest form. What is higher is instinct, with objects and objects, showing powerful effects. The higher form is habit, which has memory, imitation and choice. It is a kind of psychological motivation, which is repetitive and unidirectional. Finally, practical intelligence, as the highest form of life impulse, breaks through the limitations of biology itself and is creative, which is the driving force for people to transition from animals to "real people".

Third, the spiritual realm-this realm is ruled by the spirit, which seems to be the highest principle to distinguish between people and animals.

Scheler's trichotomy is based on the diachronic principle, which shows the inherent characteristics of human evolution. But this division, as a process period, can explain the development from low level to high level. However, this boundary is extremely clear, without crossing and infiltration, and it also denies the inheritance in evolution, which provides the theoretical basis for anthropocentrism and human evolutionary genetics. In fact, people's inner quality is a mixed whole of animality and humanity, barbarism and civilization, and evil and goodness. The former lays the foundation for the latter, that is, I will engage in relevant altruistic behavior only when the latter is beneficial to the former. For example, the "Lei Feng spirit" advocated by our country is something that Lei Feng himself will think carefully before doing everything: even if I do this, I can get spiritual benefits.

Lorenz, an American thinker, found through long-term research that why human beings can't know themselves correctly for a long time? This is because "self-knowledge" has three obstacles:

First, self-esteem. Humans refuse to regard apes as ancestors, so they cannot reveal the biological roots of human nature. People who believe in Christianity, in particular, always think that they are the voters of God, but they are far above the existence of other animals and are the essence of the universe.

Second, human beings want to have their own free will and refuse to accept the ruling of causality. There are very stubborn anti-causal determinism and anti-natural law values in human beings;

Thirdly, modern idealism philosophy embodies human pride: denying innate instinct, improperly propagating human rational spirit, especially romanticism in literature and art, deifying secular desires into pure and noble Lei Feng or Bethune.

Admit that human beings are monkeys, and there is no need to blush; Confirm that the civilization accepted by human beings is acquired, is it more noble than animals? Are planes, cannons and atomic bombs made by scientifically knowledgeable human beings more civilized than animals slaughtering their own kind? The world is full of theft, fraud, conspiracy, plot against each other, mutual loss, jealousy and mass killing, which have never happened in the animal kingdom. It can be concluded that human beings are the most vicious, tyrannical and scheming animals of all animals on earth. Moreover, these brutal acts of human beings are manipulated by their highly developed intelligence, so they are more hidden, cunning and larger than ordinary animals. There are many things that can be summarized as follows:

First, human beings-first of all, they are very aggressive animals. Starting from primitive tribes in ancient times, human beings began to conquer other tribes bloody, which not only happened in a vast space, but also continued the long process of the evolution of the whole primitive clan tribe to national society. The social organization of human beings is very similar to that of mice. It maintains superficial kindness and restraint in its own ethnic group and group, and once it faces a group that does not belong to it, it immediately shows its devil-like face. This aggressive instinct of human beings not only inherits the aggressive instinct of animals, but also becomes more brutal with the strengthening of scientific tools the day after tomorrow.

Second, animal attacks began to counter moderately. Human attacks are aimed at destroying ethnic groups, not "completely destroying". Even in war, we should have a proper sense of proportion. The strong one drives away the weak one, and there is generally no fatal injury. On the other hand, human beings are different. And before the war, through a lot of reconnaissance, send spies to know each other, make war plans, use a variety of strategies and tactics, and finally kill each other. Therefore, different from animal fighting, there is a planned, step-by-step and purposeful slaughter between different races of human beings, and it is still a large-scale genocide to attack the city. Among them, relying on advanced technology to invent gas chambers and atomic bombs, the degree of damage is simply many times more advanced than that of animals. However, human beings often create a lot of moral myths about "kindness" and "friendship" for themselves. In my opinion, beautifying and gilding human beings is the biggest scam ever.

Third, animals attack only to protect their own territory or to fill their stomachs. They will never attack rashly if their territory is not threatened and their living materials are not very scarce. We often see some pet dogs urinating under some trees and telephone poles when their owners lead them for a walk. No animal is so heartless and lacks the most basic morality as human beings.

Fourth, human beings are more eager for quick success than animals. There is a proverb that "rabbits don't eat grass beside their nests". Finally, after destroying all opponents through division and disintegration, there is only one single thief left. When all the creatures on the earth are destroyed, the world at that time is truly "nothingness".

I really can't find any reason to be optimistic about the future of mankind.
