When Zhang Fei was a child, she participated in a singing competition on Hansheng Radio with her sister, brother and friends of similar age. Family background

Zhang Fei’s father, Zhang Wuxi, was selected as the 35th “National Model Father” in 2009. Mother Zhang Tan (real name unknown) died of illness in Taipei Veterans General Hospital on July 17, 2010, at the age of 85.

Zhang Fei ranks second in the family. Her elder sister is Fei Zhenling (Master Hengshu, whose real name is Zhang Yanqiong), and her younger brother is Fei Yuqing (whose real name is Zhang Yanting).
