Where the relevant provisions and normative documents are inconsistent with this standard, this standard shall prevail. Other national food safety standards have special provisions, and the general requirements and special provisions of prepackaged foods labeling shall be implemented.

3. The difference between them is that GB77 18 takes precedence over GB-28050. For matters not specified in GB77 18, it shall be implemented according to GB28050.
