The traditional capsule shell is mainly composed of gelatin, plasticizer and water. Appropriate colorants and/or opacifiers can be added to make soft capsules easier to identify and improve the stability of photosensitive drugs. According to the product demand, correctants and preservatives will be added appropriately. The dripping method is to drip the soft capsule material (commonly known as glue) and the liquid medicine at different speeds on the inner layer and outer layer of the double-layer emitter, so that a certain amount of glue wraps a certain amount of liquid medicine, drops into the cooling liquid to form balls, and cools and solidifies. The pressing method is to make the glue solution into rubber skin with uniform thickness, and then inject the medicine between the two layers of rubber skin by spraying.
