Charging treasure refers to the mobile power supply of lithium battery, and its main function is to provide external power supply for electronic devices such as mobile phones. According to the current effective ICAO Technical Rules for the Safety of Dangerous Goods Transportation by Air and the regulations on the management of dangerous goods transportation by civil aviation in China, passengers carrying rechargeable treasure shall abide by the following provisions:

Charging treasure must be carried by passengers for their own use.

Charging treasure can only be carried in hand luggage or carried with you, and it is strictly forbidden to carry checked luggage.

The rated energy of the charging treasure does not exceed 100Wh, without the approval of the airline; The rated energy exceeds 100Wh but does not exceed 160Wh, which can only be carried after the approval of the airline, but each passenger is not allowed to carry more than two charging treasures.

It is forbidden to carry charging treasures with rated energy exceeding 160Wh; It is strictly forbidden to carry charging treasures that are not marked with rated energy and whose rated energy has not been calculated through other marked parameters.

Don't use charging treasure to charge electronic equipment in flight. For the charging treasure with the start switch, it must be turned off during the flight.

Method for judging rated energy of lithium battery and charging treasure

If the rated energy Wh (watt hour) is not directly marked on the lithium battery and charging treasure, the rated energy of the lithium battery and charging treasure can be converted as follows:

If the nominal voltage (V) and the nominal capacity (Ah) of the lithium battery and the charging treasure are known, the rated energy can be calculated:

Wh= V x Ah

The nominal voltage and capacity are usually marked on lithium batteries and charging treasures.

If the lithium battery and charging treasure are only marked with mAh, you can divide this value by 1000 to get ampere hour (Ah).

For example, the nominal voltage of lithium battery and charging treasure is 3.7V, the nominal capacity is 760 mAh, and its rated energy is:

760mA1000 = 0.76 A.

3.7V×0.76Ah=2.9Wh
