What is the specialty wine of Northeast China?

The specialty wine of Northeast China is Daquanyuan wine.

It is a specialty of Tonghua County, Jilin Province. It is named after it is produced in Daquanyuan Township of the county. The brewing history of this wine began with the Shaoguo established by the Jurchen tribe here in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. Because of its sweet and refreshing taste, it was designated as the royal wine by Nurhaci. Emperors of the Qing Dynasty also accepted Daquanyuan Shaoguo wine as tribute

About Northeastern wine culture:

It’s really scary for Northeastern people to drink. Northeastern people seem to drink a lot. When you sit down at the wine table with Northeasterners, you have two options. One is to claim that one does not know how to drink, or has never drank; the other is to be mentally prepared to fall unconscious.

Northeastern people are not born with a high alcohol capacity. Most of them have experienced "alcohol testing" after experiencing unconsciousness over and over again. The experience of vomiting when drunk is probably something that every Northeasterner who drinks has had. That's why the joke in Zhao Benshan's sketch "Uncle Niu Lifts the Dry" appeared, which regarded drunkenness as a sign of "knowing how to drink." Uncle Niu had never been drunk, so when Fan Wei asked him: "Can you drink?" he replied: "No." Uncle Niu's strong point: "Use the cup first, then the cup, and blow on the bottle after using the small bowl." This is true in the Northeast.

However, if you think that drinking is a hobby or a pastime for Northeastern people, you would be completely wrong. Drinking is the most important way of communication for Northeastern people. If the conflict between two people has reached the point where they cannot sit at the same table and have a drink, then they are really bitter enemies; if they can sit at the wine table, there is no conflict that cannot be resolved.
