Lao Qin (middle): We are colleagues again.

After working in our unit for three years, Lao Qin was promoted to the next higher administrative department as a deputy, and soon became a generalist in the field of administrative management. After Lao Qin was promoted, our company changed two bosses in less than three years. But no matter how the boss changes, my position in the office has not changed. Later, the boss also gave me the position of a small director, which was a "title" after working for many years.

After Lao Qin was transferred to the administrative department, I was still in the business department, and I didn't have much overlap at ordinary times, but I forged a friendship with Lao Qin from then on. Although Lao Qin is a leader, he has no airs and speaks humorously. We are all willing to work under Lao Qin. Old Qin is resolute, uncompromising, fair and objective, principled, and not right for people. After work, Lao Qin is an "old urchin" who can play. He loves taking photos, climbing mountains, eating fat and drinking wine, and telling jokes can enliven the atmosphere. As long as old Qin is here, we will never feel cold.

When Lao Qin arrives at the administration department, he sometimes comes to our unit, but it's all meetings or specific work. I don't usually bother Lao Qin. I don't like to trouble the leader. I'd better do my own thing quietly. I worked in an office for seven or eight years and experienced three bosses. I didn't expect to be a colleague of Lao Qin one day.

The reason is that Create, the director of the office of the old Qin unit, applied for post change, and Create was appointed as the director of the office 1 1 year. His tired hair turned white and he never stood up again. As he grew older, he offered not to be the director of the office. The "big boss" was selected from the office staff of the subordinate unit, so I was nominated. Before, I was also temporarily seconded to help with urgent special projects. I heard it was a long-term secondment this time. I don't want to get a senior technical title. After a month's delay, I heard my colleagues quietly bring back a message saying "Don't propose a toast ..." So, that year 1 1 month, the person in charge of our unit personally took me to report to our superior department, and I accepted the arrangement of the organization. Later, I heard that it was recommended by a friend of Big Boss and Create, so I was "transferred" and became a new colleague of Lao Qin.

The new unit is purely administrative, which is very different from my previous work. Fortunately, I have office work experience, and I am diligent in learning and willing to use my brain to adapt to the new position. The division of labor management of the new unit is more detailed. In the first few years, my work was not under the control of Lao Qin, and I was mainly responsible for some specific text propaganda work. After a few years, I changed jobs. Fortunately, I was assigned to the department in charge of Lao Qin, but I have to start a new study and adaptation.

At that time, under the leadership of Lao Qin, there were four people in the department team, and I was responsible for taking the lead. Our four players are the boss (we used to call him Lao Li), Ling Jie and Xiao Ying. Besides us, Lao Qin is also in charge of other departments. Follow the example of old Qin Wei and do things unequivocally. If you don't understand, study hard. We should not be careless in our work. Be harmonious and humorous after work. Our department is very busy all the year round. If we want to win projects, we should always stay at the grassroots level, master first-hand field information, and be clear about all the data and actual progress of the matters we are responsible for. Lao Qin asked us to tighten the key points of safety, capital and site at all times, and we must not make any mistakes. There is a big boss and old Qin macro-planning, overall control, we are responsible for the specific implementation, although it feels very hard and happy.

Under the wise leadership of Lao Qin, our team has gradually achieved good results at all levels, and I have been promoted in this new field, from basic ignorance to independent implementation, and I have gradually accumulated my own experience. Old Qin, after all, only cares about us, and there is a big boss on it, and our work is also something that the big boss must focus on, so sometimes there will be differences of opinion between old Qin and the big boss. However, Lao Qin never felt sorry for our specific people. He always solves all kinds of problems easily with his own management strategy, which is the wisdom of Lao Qin in solving problems.
