This is not an impulse and a joke. Being a soldier is not a game, but a war. You'll bleed to death at any moment. Don't worship the green military uniform just because it is handsome and arrogant. Military uniform is a symbol of responsibility. Wherever soldiers go, they will always shoulder the heavy responsibility of the motherland. In the sense of being a soldier, being a soldier means dedication. During these years as a soldier, I learned a lot and felt deeply.

When I was a soldier in the army, many things were out of reach at school. I remember that the first day of reporting to the army happened to be Sunday. I live, study and train with grassroots officers and men. I learned a lot that I didn't touch at school. At school, our training is a simple queue and general physical fitness. Compared with the imagined military life, it is a bit rigid, and there is nothing new every time. The training effect is also very general, because everyone doesn't know what they need, what kind of ability they need to exercise, who they should look to, and so on. They didn't find the real answer until they came to the army. Being a qualified soldier and an excellent soldier is not as simple as we thought before. Now I finally realize that it is not easy to be a qualified soldier, and it is even more difficult to be an excellent soldier. Soldiers are a kind of responsibility, and we are people with sacred mission.

When we were in the army, the instructor gave us a lesson, which had a profound impact. The name is "gratitude, contentment and responsibility". No matter where one is, one should have a grateful heart. For me, I want to thank my parents for their kindness, the organization for giving me this opportunity to exercise, the leaders for their concern and the monitor for their help. So, I am very satisfied here, very satisfied. I think the training plan of the army is still relatively scientific. Through training, my military quality has been obviously improved. At the same time, I also pay great attention to the communication with the monitor. I think communication between people is very important. You can gain a lot of things you don't know, especially when you seriously sum up your thoughts. They are absolutely exclusive classics. Through long-term observation and understanding, I think there are some problems in leading troops now. It is a phenomenon that the post-80s squad leader leads the post-90s soldiers, but there are many problems in management. For example, there is a gap between the squad leader and the soldiers, and it is difficult to do ideological work without knowing what the soldiers are thinking, which brings a lot of inconvenience to the construction of the company. At the same time, I also thought of some suggestions, such as letting go of the soldiers, letting them take turns to be class cadres, and letting them learn to put themselves in the position of heroes. The monitor should carefully discover the strengths of the soldiers and give them a chance to show off. We should pay attention to the cultivation of collective honor and enhance the sense of cooperation. I wrote my own ideas into an article entitled "Strengthening the cohesion of the army and creating a harmonious atmosphere in the barracks", which was well received after continuous reading. Through this incident, I know that a person must learn to observe and think, learn to sum up and keep learning, in order to gain something.

These days as a soldier, I realized my own problems and the areas that need improvement. Compared with an excellent platoon leader, I still have a long way to go. The monitor told me that as a manager, it is only reasonable to dare to manage.
