Before the construction, we should know how the construction will proceed. We should review the construction organization design, put forward opinions, control things during construction, stand by and patrol, etc. , and after the inspection, inspection materials and equipment comes into play. Organization acceptance, must check before organization acceptance, small acceptance in practice, it is ok to recognize by yourself, there is no need to organize the construction unit at the same time, the construction unit is busy, I am busy, and finally * * * is confirmed on the data. Foundation trench inspection, foundation acceptance ... and other relatively large acceptance will be prepared in more detail. Outside the unit to pick out the problems of the construction unit, but also watching the joke of supervision.

Many things should be known in advance and predicted in advance. First of all, it depends on where there may be problems (theory+experience is very important), what risks may exist, and targeted inspections. Some construction sites with poor external environment still need to be hit, and supervision should control the overall situation. In practice, chatting with front-line workers is very effective. What is the technical level of the workers and the problems? What is the technical disclosure of the project department? Is it effective? Don't abuse the workers. If you are really disobedient, tell the builder and the project manager that you would rather have a conflict with the management than with the workers (because some workers are unreasonable, the management will definitely not mess around). Depending on your care, you can master the detailed information of the first line. At the right time, you don't need help with the easy work. For example, when pouring concrete, there should be someone who is responsible for the negative reinforcement of the plate. If he is too tired to work and rest, you can hook him up while he is standing by. The master worker is on the shelf and needs a hammer on the ground later. It's appropriate to help him pass it up. Some librarians have questions about some information they know, so it's no harm to talk to them.

Visa is also an important and "dangerous" job (usually Party B cheats, and a few parties collude to cheat). When measuring the length of a manually dug pile in a project after drilling, the tape measure of the construction unit "cleverly" missed a certain place 1m, and the total error of the engineering quantity can reach 100 meters. And the working environment (relationship) is somewhat ominous. One of our supervision engineers secretly bought a tape measure himself, and it was at a suitable level. I heard that in another project, the tape measure was boiled short. There are also some tower rulers, which change their lengths smartly when measuring earthwork. Some materials and equipment are shoddy, half good and half bad ... not all cheating can be found by invigilators, but at least common cheating methods should be predictable, and we should improve and accumulate our anti-cheating ability in practice.

In addition to technology, it is also necessary to coordinate the relationship between all parties, the relationship between contractors and owners. , and to review a lot of information and sign it. Don't think that signing a contract is very prestigious. This is the concrete embodiment of responsibility. Some people sign for different purposes, others don't say it, and I will sign it after inspection. I refused to pass because the quality of the construction unit did not meet the requirements. There is no other reason. The progress payment is also signed as soon as it is signed, and deducted at a specified time.

To put it bluntly, some small problems are not up to standard, and they often come on. I didn't mean to neglect quality. Everyone in this line knows which construction site is completely in accordance with the standards? For example, brick masonry has a little flatness that exceeds the standard. Do you want him to tear it down? But don't be careful when the master control project exceeds the standard. This is called resolute rework. The strength of concrete can't meet the design requirements. If it can't be released, how to deal with it? If it can't be saved, it will be demolished. This needs to be controlled in the process. When pouring, the mixture ratio is checked by the station (self-mixing), and the commercial concrete is much easier.

I only refused to sign once (in fact, I signed the unqualified opinion) because the construction unit must reply within the specified time when applying for inspection. Not if it's qualified. What should I do? I must write an unqualified opinion. The main reason is that the construction unit is too arrogant, asking for rectification many times and disobeying. Usually, visas are rarely refused, mainly for control in advance and during the process, and it is natural to threaten to refuse visas when necessary.

There are many details of the specific operation, and a book can't be finished. Supervision = technology+experience+integrity+responsibility. There are always things that can't be done in supervision. I remember our director told us many times at the meeting: be a supervisor, don't treat yourself as a person, don't take yourself too seriously.
