Beginner driving skills ~

It's natural to take your time. Now, first of all, be familiar with the accelerator, brake, clutch and steering wheel. Now, it is the control of power. At first, you can't avoid being yelled at by the coach or family. Never mind adapting to driving according to your feelings and the skills they teach. The initial stage of learning to drive is a stage of familiarity and adaptation. Control the rhythm and believe that you will succeed if you work hard.

A, start the vehicle, * * * has four steps:

Press the clutch pedal.

2. Check whether the gear lever is in neutral position. Otherwise, put the gear lever in neutral position.

Step on the accelerator pedal slightly with your right foot.

4. Open the starter circuit.

Note: Once the engine is started, you must quickly release the switch key and lift the accelerator pedal (don't lift it all in winter or when a cold car starts, but keep the engine warm at low speed), otherwise the service life of the starter will be shortened.

Secondly, the vehicle starts.

There are seven steps when starting:

Press the clutch pedal.

2. Hang the gear lever into the first gear position.

3. Turn on the turn signal switch.

4. honk the horn.

5. Release the parking brake.

6. Add a little throttle to your right foot to keep the engine at full power when starting.

7. Lift the clutch pedal (in the process of starting to lift the clutch pedal on a flat road, as long as the car starts to move, the clutch will enter the linkage point area at this time and must stop. 1mm can't lift it. If it is lifted, the vehicle will either rush in or stall. Wait for the car to move forward for more than 5 meters, and then slowly lift the clutch pedal completely, so that the car will be stable when it starts. )

Third, speed changes.

1. Upshift: After starting, when the car enters the normal driving route, press the accelerator pedal to increase the speed to a low gear higher than this gear. At this point, press the clutch pedal and lift the accelerator pedal (both must be done at the same time), quickly put the gear lever in neutral position, make the gear lever stay in neutral position for about 1 s, and quickly change the gear lever to a higher gear. Then lift the clutch pedal, but when the clutch pedal is lifted to the linkage point, stop for 2-3 seconds, and then lift the clutch pedal completely. When the clutch pedal is lifted above the linkage point, you can refuel and continue driving, and the upshift process is over. Then accelerate, and in the same way, change the gear lever to the highest gear step by step.

2. There are two types of downshift:

(a), on the way uphill, when the engine power is insufficient, downshift.

On the way uphill, if the engine power is insufficient, immediately step on the clutch pedal and lift the accelerator pedal (both must be done at the same time), and quickly shift the gear lever into a low gear through neutral (the gear lever will not stop in neutral, but if it cannot be engaged, the synchronizer can smoothly engage the gear after synchronizing the front and rear gears), and then lift the clutch pedal (but stop 2 when the clutch pedal is lifted to the linkage point).

(2) Traffic and road conditions are not suitable for downshifting at high speed.

If it is found that the traffic and road conditions ahead are not suitable for high-speed driving, you should first lift the accelerator pedal to slow down the vehicle. If the vehicle speed drops to the low end of this gear, the vehicle will shake. Press the clutch pedal, quickly shift the gear lever to a lower gear through neutral, and then lift the clutch pedal. If you need to restore again, the method is the same as above.

Fourth, stop the car.

Parking mode:

1. If the car is in gear, be sure to step on the clutch pedal first and then the brake pedal. When the car stops, put the gear lever in neutral position, tighten the parking brake lever, and then lift your feet.

2. If it is a continuously variable vehicle, lift the accelerator pedal first, and then press the brake pedal of the vehicle. When the vehicle stops, put the control lever in the brake position when parking.
