What are the four pronunciations of English?

When I was a child, reading English was "interest due" and I became president;

Read it as "washing in the sewer" and become a side dish vendor;

Reading becomes a philosopher for "causality";

Read "it is difficult to change history" and become a politician;

Read "Go to England" and become an overseas Chinese;

And I read it carefully as "I should be exhausted" and finally became a company employee.
